New Safari Hotel — Hotel in Arusha

The hotel is an average one. 3 out of 10. The welcome was good. The room was ok. But the hotel lacks hospitality. The morning breakfast is a disaster. On reading the other reviews I figured that this is not something new. They been having this problem and never bothered to rectify. There were so many angry guests on that day who had nothing for breakfast. The front desk lady pretend as if there was no issue at all. ||||The restaurant is managed by one waiter. His job is to take ordes from restaurant walk in customers. Clean the table. Make coffee and tea. Serve order. Take orders from hotel rooms. Deliver the room orders after 2 hours- if you are lucky. ||||It seems like the hotel authorities dont understand the meaning of hospitality. Arusha has many options to offer. Only stayed here for one night. It was a warm welcome by the reception staff and he was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Had a comfortable sleep. The bathroom was nice too with hot shower available. There was no porter service to take me to the room when i arrived but because i didn't have much luggage on me it was easy to drag my one bag. And didn't have a good experience at the restaurant the evening before i was to check in here. No comments on the food as i didn't eat here had to go eat elsewhere in the neighborhood.
