Highly recommend kiwoito! We are two travelers from America in our 30s visiting east Africa for the first time. We couldn’t have picked a better company to go with! There were so many safari companies to choose from, that were so overwhelming but what made us go with this company was how fast Jessca responded to us, and accommodated our every request. We have over 50 emails with her and she responds multiple times in a day. The itinerary was detailed and professional- we did 10 days safari through Tanzania including Serengeti and ngorongoro crater. In retrospect the only recommendation is to spend less time In lake natron and more at the crater but that was our own picking. They contract out out to AMAZING lodges at better rates than you can get on your own. Seriously, the lodges were all perfect. And we did mid tier with a luxury booking at the end. I’m very impressed how we marked that we were celebrating our anniversary and every single place remembered to wish us congratulations, and many if not most went above and beyond with cakes and songs! Truly so so special, we’ve never felt this level of service back in the states. Lastly, our guide Festo Msofe was an absolute star. He’s been a guide for 15 years and it shows. He was so enthusiastic about teaching us animals facts, and he clearly knows his way around the plains. He managed to get us front row Seats to the Mara river crossing not once but THREE TIMES - he just knows when it’s about to happen. And we never waited more than 30 minutes either! He also took his time with the drives, and never rushed us to go home. If anything we wanted to call it an early day but he encouraged us to see a bit more. Other guides told us we were lucky to have him and we really think so. He’s very honest and sincere! So from beginning to end the trip was perfect. Small details like making sure your favorite drinks and snacks were in the car was also noted and appreciated. From what I understand. They’re mostly marketed to the French but everyone spoke perfect English. Definitely recommending this company to friends and family. Oh, and they’re locally Tanzanian owned which goes back to further supporting the cause! They’re a small company that focuses on making a good intimate...

My wishes were to climb Kilimanjaro, go on a safari, and relax on Zanzibar. Kiwoito designed an impeccable program! Throughout the planning process, they communicated quickly and effectively with all my inquiries.

Kilimanjaro: I completed a five-day trek to Uhuru Peak via the Marangu route. I reached the summit despite limited acclimatization days. This was made possible by my outstanding guide, Sebastian, and his team. It became immediately clear to me that Sebastian possesses a wealth of experience and expertise, which was crucial for me to reach the top. I give Sebastian and his team my highest recommendations and am forever grateful that they accompanied me on this journey.

The safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater was also a great success. We encountered some vehicle problems one day, but luckily we had the perfect guide and driver, Samir. He resolved the issue as quickly as possible and did everything he could to make up for lost time. Before the trip, I was recommended to experience a hot air balloon safari. Kiwoito arranged this for me at a much lower cost than booking directly with the companies – an incredible experience!

The days on Zanzibar were as relaxing as I had imagined and provided a perfect end to my adventure-filled vacation. The original hotel I booked was canceled, but despite the high season, Kiwoito secured a fantastic hotel, making Zanzibar perfect.

I give Kiwoito my warmest recommendation. They communicate well and quickly, tailor the trip to your wishes and budget, and made me feel safe and cared for, even traveling alone. We chose Kiwoito's company for our safari trip in Tanzania and have not regretted it for a moment. The service was outstanding even before we arrived, and the availability was very high. We received an organized and detailed program divided by days according to our desired vibe. Charles met us on the second day, where he also explained to us face to face the package we closed, gave us tips for the trip, and explained in detail what to expect. It put our thoughts in order and eased our fears. Everything was just perfect and accurate. The places where we traveled and the lodges were at the level we wanted, and some were exceptional. The trips and places we visited were right on track, and much thought had gone into it. We started in the Arusha region and ended our journey in the Serengeti, where we flew to Zanzibar. It is important to note that Charles also closed the domestic flight to Zanzibar for us, so we did not have to worry about it. We saw different tribes, heard their life story, and even joined hunting with the last hunter's tribe. Our driver was a champion, he picked us up from the first moment, understood what we liked and didn't and took us to places where you can see all the animals worth it. It is essential in a safari to have a driver who knows the places worth visiting. Our driver has 15 years of experience, and that says it all. He was highly professional, an excellent driver, and became our friend during our time together. Everything was at a very high level, and we enjoyed ourselves.
