My stay at Four Points by Sheraton was a delightful experience that combined comfort and convenience in equal measure. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm hospitality of the staff, who made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay.

The hotel's location was ideal, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions, dining options, and transportation hubs. Whether I was exploring the nearby landmarks or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll in the neighborhood, I appreciated the convenience of Four Points' central location.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing or business meetings. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep every night.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. From the delicious breakfast buffet to the tempting array of dishes at the on-site restaurant, I was consistently impressed by the quality and variety of food available.

The amenities at Four Points by Sheraton were also top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center and a refreshing swimming pool where I could unwind and recharge. Additionally, the complimentary Wi-Fi made it easy for me to stay connected throughout my stay.

Overall, my experience at Four Points by Sheraton was highly enjoyable, thanks to its combination of comfort, convenience, and attentive service. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Pros:

Convenient central location Spacious and comfortable rooms Delicious dining options Excellent amenities including fitness center and pool Attentive and friendly...

I came to the Arusha Four Points looking basically for a bed and wifi before heading out to a safari lodge. I went with Four Points as a trusted international brand. While it could have been worse, I was disappointed with the hotel not meeting my pretty low expectation.

First of all, the complex is pretty sprawling by the standards for a Four Points. It wouldn't have been so bad if not for the multiple outdoor stints (in the rain) and lot of stairs, making it kind of a pain when dragging bags. I expect this from a safari lodge, not a Four Points.

Upon entering our non-smoking room, we get a nice whiff of smoke. When we turned on the A/C, the fan barely blew. Luckily it wasn't too hot out.

I went to pull up the wifi and the username/password (Guest last name and room number) did not work, giving me the error that the password was incorrect (I know my own name). When I called the front desk, the phone was full of static and the person on the other end was inaudible. I decided to give up and just go to bed, when I got a series of calls from the desk, which I couldn't understand due to the aforementioned static.

One of my favorite "features" of the room is the bathroom light switch. I'm not architect, but where would you expect the light switch for the bathroom?

A) Outside the bathroom door. B) Just inside the bathroom door. C) 3 steps away by the room entrance, next to the sleeping area light switches?

Yes, the answer was "C." I have no idea how this design got approved by anyone.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, however, I was quoted $30 for an airport pickup and was...

We stayed 2 nights at the Four Points by Sheraton Arusha Hotel. The hotel is ideally located in the city’s center close to the Clock Tower. At the hotel, traditional ambiance is effortlessly combined with a refined style. From the minute we stepped inside to the moment we left, the hotel staff made sure everything met our expectations. Our room was spacious and equipped with modern furniture. We had two comfy double beds, which allow us to have our own space. Thanks to the twice-daily housekeeping our room was always clean. Moreover, we had a beautiful view of the leafy eastern Arusha from our window. Among the hotel’s key amenities, there are an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center to keep you in shape during your stay! Overlooking the gardens, the Parachichi Restaurant inside the hotel was our first choice for breakfast and dinner. There is an elegant terrace where we liked to sit to have breakfast. The breakfast was served in a buffet style, which allowed us to have plenty of choices to compose vegan plates. In the evening, we preferred to sit inside to have dinner and to enjoy the welcoming interior. The East African and Indian dishes featured on the menu were delightful and flavorsome. Each visit to the hotel restaurant was a delicious feast! We recommend you to book this hotel! For more pictures visit my Instagram (kelledstyle) and my blog ;-)

The staff at Four Points provided the most exceptional hospitality experience I've had in years. The waitstaff and kitchen were exceedingly attentive and friendly. The rooms are a little weathered, but compare well to most resorts in Florida and Mexico. The lobby is nice and the restaurant, bar, and courtyards are very pleasant and well-landscaped. The location is central Arusha is near many markets and restaurants. Banks, pharmacies, and coffee shops nearby are convenient and safe. The people of Arusha are exceptionally friendly (though you may find some of the street vendors a little too helpful). This review is really about the people. In a ten-day stay, I became friends with many of the waitstaff, bell staff, kitchen, front desk, and room cleaning staff. They were just so friendly and eager to make my stay a pleasure that I couldn't help but stop to chat with them each time our paths crossed. I cannot say enough how nice it was to be around so many pleasant and cheerful people. If your travels take you to Kilimanjaro or on safari at Tarangire, Serengeti, or Ngorongo, I highly recommend this hotel as your home base.
