Read moreI came to the Arusha Four Points looking basically for a bed and wifi before heading out to a safari lodge. I went with Four Points as a trusted international brand. While it could have been worse, I was disappointed with the hotel not meeting my pretty low expectation.
First of all, the complex is pretty sprawling by the standards for a Four Points. It wouldn't have been so bad if not for the multiple outdoor stints (in the rain) and lot of stairs, making it kind of a pain when dragging bags. I expect this from a safari lodge, not a Four Points.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, however, I was quoted $30 for an airport pickup and was...
