One of the worst hotels iv stayed on my numerous trips to bkk.||New hotel, rooms are what you would expect for the price, the gym is locked off and has 1/3 of the equipment shown online. ||The steam room does not actually exist, it's a room full of boxes and rubbish, the hotel is in the middle of absolutely nowher, dirty busy street with many 7/11.||The noise from the roof, from my level 7 is unbearable, ||The not so smart TV does not have any of the apps and English movie have Thai dubbing over the top of English, super annoying, I tried for hours to change this. ||The staff initially refused a refund, but after a second call to Expedia, who are becoming less and less helpful, I got 4 of my 5 nights refunded, I had the unfortunate experience of 1 night here. ||I think this is my first 1...
Read moreI booked for a deluxe double room and it was spacious. Everything is clean and toiletries were also complete. I was supposed to check out at 12:00nn the following day but I still decided to visit Erawan Museum and The Ancient City. I spoke with their concierge and requested if I can check out at 5:00PM, and gladly they accommodated the last minute ask and just for 500 which they can deduct from deposit. However due to the horrendous traffic in the city, I came back at exactly 5:00PM, and I requested again for another 1 hour so I can shower before leaving, and they didn’t charge me. The security is good since you need a keycard to access other floors, which feels safe. However, the breakfast choices are limited and the same every day, which gets boring.||What really bothered me, though, was the staff.
