I came in expecting great ribs but was completely let down. The ribs lacked the kind of rub I was hoping for, tasting more like Indian spices—which felt out of place. The meat itself seemed like it had been sous-vide before grilling, making it overly moist in a weird, unappetizing way. The fried rice was just average, nothing special at all.

The only redeeming factor was the bartender, who made a genuinely delicious mocktail. I might have considered giving them 3 or even 4 stars for that alone, but the service was another issue. One of the male staff members was straight-up rude while taking our order and we needed time to understand the menu. If your job is to wait tables, the least you can do is be courteous?

I had an amazing dining experience at The Collective in Pattaya! The standout of the night was the beef brisket – hands down, the best ever in Pattaya. It was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with smoky, flavorful goodness. Paired with pickled onions and pickles, it was a true treat.

The meal didn’t stop impressing there. The pasta dish was hearty, rich, and beautifully plated with a delicious mushroom on top, adding an earthy depth to the dish. The loaded fries were a perfect comfort food indulgence, smothered in cheese sauce, crispy bacon bits, jalapeños, and fresh herbs. The fried calamari was light, crispy, and served with a creamy dipping sauce that made each bite addictive.
