My judgment is negative. The agency plays a mere role of mediation between clients and tour operators, which are very numerous and offer packages that are completely similar to each other, both in terms of prices and organization - It will be clear to you, for example, if you go on a day trip from Phuket to Phi Phi Island, you will be surrounded by dozens of boats from other tour operators that move essentially in unison - Unfortunately, this agency was recommended to us by friends for a last-minute activity, the evening before for the next morning, a visit to the elephant park. We contacted them in the evening on their mobile phone, it was all complicated, their QR code was not working, they seemed quite disorganized but the Agency lady went the whole nine yard to close the deal and in the end we managed to pay through a hotel employee. Unfortunately, during the night, my daughter and I fell ill, and it was impossible for us to participate in the tour the next day. The elephant guys were OKEY TO REFUND US for the two unused tickets (they hadn't even received them yet because the payment was made the night before), but the mediation agency literally DISAPPEARED. The initial effort to get paid in any way possible turned into complete silence. We would have appreciated a commercial gesture (a voucher? Partial refund?), especially since we hadn't even signed any contract due to the general disorganization. Therefore, considering that there are hundreds of agencies out there that do the same job, I would not turn to this type of mediator, especially not...

We had a great experience at the In Phuket house. For the price the room was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and nice to us. When we arrived they helped us with everything we needed and showed us around and gave a quick introduction of how everything worked around the Inn.

I could stay in contact with the owner through WhatsApp for a very smooth experience. The owner even helped us with booking an another hotel for ours last days in another city which was very appreciated.

Very disappointed with customer service - I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Upon check-in we realized the location and space were not a good fit. We expressed this to the owner and she told us it was no problem to check-out the next morning.
