Read moreOur room was 207, It was really a bad experience when we first step in to the room. A very horrifying hotel room with terrible bad humid smell. The lighting was very dark and gloomy, completely different atmosphere compare to the pictures they shows in their page, I would describe it 'like-a-ghost-room'. The sound insulation is very bad, I can easily hear people talking at the corridor. We did not ask to change room because our friend in room 203, he was experience the same, but we changed hotel. We changed to a cheaper, brighter, cleaner, more cozy, with free snacks and beverage, service crews are polite, friendly and helpful, this hotel is Marwin Villa located at Phetchaburi 15 Alley (just 5 mins walk from Hotel 93, same row as the family mart, about 5-8 mins walk to Platinum mall). No advertising, we just truly think that the Hotel 93 is not worth of staying as there are many other hotel much better than this to reconsider.
Conclusion :If you are a person like us, we like a cozy, brighter, no funny smell place, I will recommend others BUT...

Things got worse when my wife found a centipede in the bathroom while taking a shower. I immediately informed the front desk again, but they seemed indifferent and simply offered a weak apology. I requested a refund so I could leave, but they refused.
Overall, the hotel was unhygienic, poorly maintained, and the staff were unhelpful. I would strongly advise others to...
