Got scammed by this place! Leaking aircond. Angry Lady Boss at counter

Honestly, I prefer to stay here every time I come to Bangkok. I have already stayed here more than 6 times. The longest period is 7 days.

Unfortunately, this time, my friend was unable to come to Bangkok because she missed her flight. I already read and go thru their terms & condition and find nothing about the cancellation. On that night, I heard the receptionist talk about my friend that was unable to come while I was at the lobby but she didn't approach me to say anything. I thought they just cancelled then.

The day after, when I went to the receptionist to checkout, the angry Boss said, she had to deduct my 1000 baht deposit because no show up. Then I asked her where the policy black & white or noticed about the burn deposit. She keeps speaking in Thai and ignores me.

At the same time, my husband who booked this hotel back home, tries to deal with them via Line. Unfortunately, we received a text with angry emotion from them. They said we are unable to stay at their place again. Plus, on the day before, we accidentally left our key in our room, the Lady Boss scolded us and said NO MOREEL NEXT TIME.

Hahahah...for the past few times I have stayed here, I am bringing them business. Not saying customers are always right but at least have the courtesy to entertain me as a customer. Customer service should service the customer. Help customer to resolve any issue. Not with emotion.

I never complain about their leaking aircond and other stuff but hey at least please be considerate and don't be mean and act like Aunty Karen. So, Malaysian, Singaporean & Indonesian please avoid this place.

Though price is quite reasonable, facilities is not that great. I agree with other comment, blanket is more like big towel. Since I like hard mattresses, it’s very suit to me. Bathroom is Abit congested. It doesn’t matter, the shower head is too throttled. Aircon sometimes blow ice & water though set temperature is 22. It is recommended by Khmer friend because Khmer bus arrived there and many Khmer always stay there.
