I stayed at this hotel during my short trip to Bangkok, in the Pratunam area. The location is quite good, it's close to night markets, lots of food options, and a 7-Eleven nearby. However, it's a bit of a walk to the nearest BTS station, so keep that in mind if you plan to use public transport a lot. The room was clean and looked quite new, with decent amenities. However, there was no electric kettle in the room, just a thermos. So if you want hot water for tea or coffee, you’ll probably need to request it from the front desk. One thing to note: be prepared to pay a 1,000 THB cash deposit upon check-in. They only accept cash, which caught us by surprise as it wasn’t mentioned in the booking confirmation email. We weren’t carrying much cash, thinking we’d just use cards or QR payments for everything. Plus, taking out cash from ATMs incurs a 220 THB fee per transaction, which adds up. Also a bit difficult to get a Grab car from the hotel. I had a few rides cancelled, possibly because the area is quite busy and traffic congestion makes pickup more challenging. It would also have been nicer if the front desk staff were a bit more welcoming, they seemed a little unfriendly and didn’t smile much. On the bright side, the security staff were very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. Overall, the hotel itself is decent and in a good area for food and shopping, but a few improvements would make the experience even better.

Been stayed here for 4 nights , overall is excellent Pro:1) room is spacious for us( couple) 2) clean & balcony available , 3) staff clean up the room daily 4) receptionist gave us 2 room card , make convenient 5) location wise , is really good , near the 7-11, pratunam morning market & night market , food nearby ok, massage & money exchange ( everything is just walking distance and hassleless) 6) price for stay is reasonable, would say cheaper than other hotels 7) Hotel staff provide good service, good attitude, they have morning guard and night guard staying at the outside lobby Cons: 1) Lively space , so if book grab or Bolt has to be booking earlier 2) room is good , but the only thing is the bathroom flushing sound is Abit load 3) Abit distance between Bts station ( phaya Thai walks around 8 min) Conclusion: Everything is more than fine, provided with it's good location makes everything easier # just need 5 around 5 mins walk to Platinum mall & December ....

We love this hotel! The room looks the same as advertised. It's very clean (no cigarette smell, no roaches), new, spacious, comfortable bed, shower with heater and quiet air-conditioning. The staff is also English speaking and very accommodating. Rooms are cleaned and toiletries including mineral water and instant coffee are replenished everday. About the location, it's just right before busy Pratunam where it's quiet enough and also easy for taxis to reach. It's also very close to Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall, Baiyoke Sky and Phenix Mall which is just on the other side of the street. This place is so alive. There's so much to do even at night - delicious cheap street food, lots of local restaurants, cheap quality clothes and souvernirs. The train station is walking distance but they're constructing a new station at Phetchaburi near Phenix Mall. Really good value for money! Highly recommended!!

I’ve heard that this was a pretty new hotel and with the price of ~SGD60/night for a balcony view, I booked it. ||One thing I need to point out first is that though this hotel serves breakfast, it is not buffet style. You have to select your desired meal for the next day and it’s just that. They will deliver your meal to you at your door, Nothing more. I chose American breakfast on one day and the food was delivered cold with no butter whilst on other days there was butter included.||The upside to all this gloom is that there’s a free snack bar on M floor. But be prepared they are always empty and the staff don’t bother to replace it frequently. Snacks include biscuits in a jar, Tao Kae Noi seaweed, coffee packets.||The location was ok, maybe a 15-20min walk to Siam square. It’s not too near not too far, which is quite annoying actually when you are traveling with elderly and you always have to take transport to and fro. We usually settled with tuktuk. They usually quote 200baht but sometimes we haggle to 150 or even 100 on rare occasions.||If you get the room next to the lift, be prepared it will be smaller than the rest of the rooms because the lift takes up some of the room space.||The toilet has a sewage smell, which stinks up the whole bedroom despite the door being closed. It first appeared in the morning and we thought it will go away after awhile. But when we came back at night our bedroom stank of sewage. Really gross. ||Toiletries are the bare minimum. And if you have used up at least half of the soap during the night, I advise you to throw it away or stash it somewhere least they reuse it. They do not replace half empty bottles. ||The staff here are very nonchalant, they go about their own things and if they don’t have to go the extra mile to help you, trust me they wouldn’t.||Overall if you are not a fussy person and don’t mind a no frills stay, you are welcome to stay here but for me, I’ve been to much better hotels with better service, better rooms and at a...

The hotel photo of the room is exactly the same. To access the main door you got to tap in so no stranger is allowed access in and the guard/bellboy is seated outside of the main door.|The room is small and my luggage of 28” can only place at the door and when lay flat to access there is basically no room to walk and the door cannot be open too. Every time got to close the luggage and put it standing before can get out of the room but for the price paid so no complaint. |Toilet is small, balcony is locked. The pros is massage shop and 7-11 is located just around the corner.|Location is kind of far from BTS but very near to pratunam market. Direct access back to hotel from platinum mall is a dark alley if walk at night but along the way is still consider safe since car/tuk tuk drive pass at time and there a cafe and some street stalls. Another route to walk back can take a bit longer but will pass by pratunam market and there will be more people and consider more safe compare to the dark alley.|Hotel do offer tour and taxi services but take note they are provided by the taxi driver so it better to use...
