This was a last minute reservation, and I now know why I was able to get in at 8pm on a Saturday night.
Food: Well, the suckling pig was good and the sashimi, with as few choices as there were, was fresh. The big draw of the chilled seafood was just disappointing. The red shrimp and the king/snow crab legs tasted like very little other than the green seafood sauce. The hot food was similarly bad, with everything having the "this has been sitting out for quite some time" dried-out appearance.
The website promised such things as Wagyu beef, shabu-shabu, etc. Neither of those things were anywhere to be found -- the only beef anywhere was some very dry mostly unsliced "baked beef" with the hot dishes.
The breakfast buffet at my hotel has a wider variety and better quality than this place does.
The service is where the place REALLY loses me. After I was seated, I had literally zero contact with any staff until, probably 25-30 minutes in, finally flagged down a busser to get a soft drink and a water refill. Aside from picking up soiled plates, that was it. I'm still currently sitting in the restaurant, and my dishes have been stacked and my utensils placed in the "I'm done" position for about 20 minutes now. Eventually they will bring me the check. They close in 45 minutes, and I'm honestly curious how long they can manage to ignore me. It's getting pretty funny...

The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating available, which made for a comfortable dining environment.
However, the overall experience for me was underwhelming. The food did not match the advertisements or the social media reviews I had seen on Facebook and TikTok. Most dishes were just average in flavor, and the seafood on ice was not fresh, with slow refills. The crab pieces were extremely small, there was barely any meat inside.
The grilled river prawns were limited like one piece per time and people really looking for it and have to wait between servings was around 10–15 minutes it’s long enough to lose interest. While the dessert section looked varied, the flavors were disappointing, and the cake textures were quite dry and dense. I like the king crab spaghetti in white sauce, which was tasty, though the pasta options were limited despite various types being on display (but not actually available to order).
Overall, the experience felt overpriced for what was offered, though I was fortunate to receive a 30% discount through an online booking. Still need improvements in food taste and variety are needed to meet expectations. While staff are doing excellent job they always smile asking for anything that we like to...
Read moreAttracted by the reel we saw in Instagram , king crab, foie Gras & suckling pig. If you’re also one of them planning to come my advice is : GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Food here was horrible!
Oysters : Display was quite empty, but they do refill some time to time. Taste alright, some were fresh some were not. But they do provide 4-5 countries oysters.
Suckling Pig : Disappointed. Cold and not crunchy.
Foie Gras : Those one display were sad tidy little burnt pieces on toast. Tasted bad. Cold and tasteless. So we asked the chef to grill us some and she was kind enough to do so, this time bigger slices and we took 3 slices. Taste better, but flavor wise it’s still not tasting like real Foie Gras. I’m quite suspicious of what liver they served.
Steak : order a slice of Angus steak, whole piece are fats and unchewable raw meat. I spit them out.
Rack of lamb : Ordered a fresh cooked slice, came very raw and couldn’t chew as well.
Fish : Bad, also spit out.
Dessert : If you’re a dessert fan like me, you’ll be truly disappointed. The display and choices of the desserts is worse than the three star hotel. And they all taste horrible.
The only good thing about this place was the service was friendly and quite attentive.
Luckily we came with hungryhub 40% discount. But still, it was...
