Location was very good, there is market at neighborhood. You can reach Taksim center in 2 minutes by walking, and by walking there a lot of facilities for breakfast or fast food. A great guy named Azad works at the reception, he is very pleasant, kindly, good-humored and helpful person. Air conditioner was working very well. Probably every room had a balcony and our room had a balcony too, it was so small but it's okay for 2 person. Never stay at this hotel. I booked this accommodation through Agoda. I went to this address on the day of my stay and found that there was no hotel. So I called the number provided, but they hung up several times, saying, “I don’t speak English.” I asked a nearby Turkish person to call the hotel again, and they gave me the new address and told me to come here. When I went there, there was some time left for check-in, so I couldn't check-in and just left my luggage. When I came back after 9pm after the tour, they asked me to go to another accommodation. The accommodation was a very dirty one-room house on the 6th floor with no elevator, and it wasn't even a formal hotel. The entrance was dark and the first floor was even a club. This is a SCAM hotel. On hotel booking sites, they will show you a nice looking hotel room. But when you arrive, they will tell you that the current guest had to extend their stay due to health issues and they will move you to a room in the next building. And be ready for the shock of your life - this alternate room is not a part of Fidan Residence and the rooms are completely different and absolutely disgusting. Take a look at some of the photos I took. Absolutely filthy. If you are lucky and get to stay in the actual Fidan Residence, then it’s fine.
