La Villa Hotel — Hotel in Beyoğlu

Need improvements Very little english speaking makes it hard to communicate. We were disturbed at 2 am by someone entering our room and waking us up scared without any apologies what so ever. Staff need training in hospitality and customer service. We stayed there for six nights We got the standard room which is very small with no space to move, no sun light, you wouldn’t notice the difference between day and night. Strong cigaret smell always in the corridor Bathrooms and toilet, shower not clean and dirty mould and dark marks noticeable everywhere. Shower door didnt close properly allowing the water to run into toilets every time we shower. No tea or coffee or hot water in the room Our bedsheets didn’t get changed the whole time

Aircon works fine Wifi works fine Breakfast was fine with a few options Staff were relatively nice and not rude Good location to see around...

The worst hotel i’ve Ever seen, The staff were very rude, they couldn’t even speak English but always grumbled in turkish when we asked for something even bread for breakfast.||Very small and dirty rooms, I couldn’t sleep due to the noise came from the window and all room smells like a public smoking room.||The safe doesn’t work, we had to change the entrance cards every time we return to hotel.||The bathroom smells like a public toilet.||No Slippers, no toothbrush & very poor internet connection. Even 1 star is too much for this hotel.||Totally the worst hotel...

Such a bad hotel. They have 3 Idiots one in the morning shift and another 2 Secound shift. They didn’t speak English at all and very rude attitude. They don’t understand anything. The price is ridicules for such a small rooms were you cannot breathe even. You cannot keep your one luggage even. No ventilation it’s really hard to breathe inside the room. The WC seat is full with yellow stains. Shower area is very small no hooks in the toilet to hang towel and Personel stuff. I really don’t recommend...
