Rafinn Hotel — Hotel in Beyoğlu

The staff is really nice and friendly, they helped me with some troubles, and when I had a mistake in my name for a booking, it was not a problem at all. The location is pretty nice, close to the metro station and to a few sightseeing The cats are cute and funny, there were always random amount of kittens sleeping in the lobby from zero to five, it was lovely to play with them 😊 Unfortunately, the place had a few flaws. The location is pretty good, but there are some clubs and bars near, and the windows face the street where all night people listen to a very loud music. It was hard to fall asleep since the windows didn't block the sound at all, and it would be extremely helpful to have simple earplugs in a hygiene kit. The room itself had few problems: there was a leaking pipe under the sink, almost broken socket near the bed (however they had a nice socket adapter!), no actual cabinet with doors for a storage, no small bedside cabinet. The cleaning was only once in four days And the breakfast time was only from 8:30 to 10:00 right in the lobby, and by the 9:30 there were almost no food or dishes, so I had no opportunity to even try...

I did not got my Turkey visa to travel for vacation, but you made sure that when I canceled booking - you took all money like I was staying at your property, 100% you straight away removed. I tried to explain and seek for understanding but of course you do not care at all, you just care how to take money from people. I cannot imagine how many people needed to cancel booking because of traveling visa not approved and you took all money from them. This is a shame and disappointment. Booking was cancelled 5 days in advance, so maybe you should understand but of course not. You see cancelation from UAE and straight away take money, and now you do not want to refund .
