The hotel is betwin 2 and 3 stras! The rooms are relatively good, but dont wait big rooms! They changed towels every day! The reason for which i gave 2 stars was because an extra charge applied after the payment was done online trough booking.
I booked 2 triple rooms and 1 double room whit breakfast trough booking app and allsow i paid whit credit card for them. After some time i decided to check my reservations an i found that in a room is accomodated 1 person and in the other was 2 persons. I contacted the hotel and the imediatly extra chaged me, whit no intention to see what was the error. After some discutions they directed me to talk whit booking... and i did so. The booking told me to talk whit hotel...... When i arrived to the reception i tried to talk again whit them and explane that the mistake can be resolved whit 2 clicks. I entered on their site and show them dosent matter who made the mistake (they, booking, me) because i paid for triple rooms.... When i selected 1 triple room whit breakfas and 1 guest was the same price as for 2 guests and allsow for 3 guests. So no price difference because the guests number (on their own web site). Allsow i show them on the reservations they had that is no price diference betwin the triple room where they said it was regustred 1 guest and the otger room where was 2 guests. In the end i paid 60 € exta charge when the triple room was 53 € on booking! In the end, after 2 days, i entered in discution whit the manager and he told me that is the hotel politics and when i confronted whit their own site told me it is a mistake on the site and i must be aware when i paid the room was 53 € and now is allmoste 300€ and allsow told me that they were good whit me because didnt caceled me the reservations even if they could make bigger profit then. Read moreMy dear traveller friends, dont go to this hotel. THIS IS A DISASTER, TOTAL AMATEURS AND HAS NO GOOD COSTUMER CARE!!! Especially if you have Children!!!||||We have booked several hotels in Istanbul, but this hotel is by far the worst we have been to. ||||We get our room wich is one bed more than the original booking. 2 or 3 Days after they call us to move us from the room, but nobody gave any info that theyll do this. And when they came to the room to do this, it wasnt very pleasent. almost threatening us to go out from the room. ||||The rooms were freezing cold. My Childrens woke up freezing in the mornings. I complained about this several times. Finally the two last Days we got some heat. This is a joke, really!!!||||The rooms were Dirty even after cleaning, bad smell. ||||I asked for the second card for the room since we are 2 adults. But no we couldnt get thtat. ||||The breakfast is poor. The staff takes cheese or food from costumer leftovers and put back on the desk were they serve breakfast. !!!! ||||The room were full of dust from renovation.||||My mom wich had her own room, booked and paid Airport transfer to the hotel but this is what happend : one minivan came and got her. but this minivan was booked by other costumers so they dropped her att the hotel again. This time Another car came and picked her up, only to leave her att the busstation so she could take the buss to the Airport !!!! This is a DISASTER. When I call the hotel once I arrived in Sweden and told what happened, they promised to get back to me but 1 week has past and ofcourse nobody did get back to me from this hotel. ||||I REPEAT, FIND YOUR SELF ANY OTHER HOTEL IN THE AREA. THIS SEHIR OLDCITY IS A CATASTROF IN EVERY ASPECT.||||The only possitive thing about the hotel is : ||good location ||silent at nights, so you can sleep, altough...
