Viva Deluxe Hotel — Hotel in Fatih

Don't be fooled by the rating of this hotel, it is nooooot clean, and one of the cleaning ladies attacked us verbally because we complained about the uncleanless of our room to the receptionist. We booked the hotel through booking for 15 days and during our stay there the room was fully cleaned maybe once or twice. The lady who comes to the room only sweeps the floor and never cleans the bathroom , sink,or the shower. The first couple of days they weren't changing the sheets either, we had to throw them on the floor everyday before we leave for her to change them. We told the receptionist many times that by the time we come back to hotel, we want the room to be fully cleaned including the bathroom, but nothing changed, it became even worse. The lady started leaving us undry bed covers, we couldn't believe it. Two days before we left, we told the receptionist again that the bathroom is not clean and the cleaning is not just sweeping the floor and making the bed. We left the room to be cleaned and came back, I was about to close the room door when the cleaning lady started knocking like crazy on the door telling me to open. I opened the door for her and she started screaming at me asking me why we complained about the room being not cleaned, she was speaking turkish and fortunately I understood some of what she said. She then entered the room called someone on the phone and threw the phone at me to talk to whoever she was talking to. I told the guy that she is screaming at me because I told you this morning to make sure the room is clean and this is unacceptable. I shouldn't be telling you to clean the room in the first place, its your job. He then sent the manager who seen that the bathroom was disgusting and not cleaned for the longest time we've been here. She made the lady clean it and after the manager left the lady was swearing at us. In which other hotel this happens!!! Very unacceptable and I dont recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, especially washroom. Some ac units don't work so we had to change our rooms twice. There is also ants all over in the bathroom, on the floor and walls, even on toilet paper. On our second day my mom found something very unapporptiate behind her mattress that was left from the people before us, another proof that they don't clean well at checkin-checkout!!!!! Our experience in this hotel was very disturbing and we ran into lots of trouble. If i could rate it at zero I would but the only reason I'm rating it at one is because there is some nice staff there and the breakfast food was okay, same everyday but not bad. The location...

We lost three days of our vacation because we chose this hotel! If there is less than one star, I would choose it. The rooms are small, The furniture is worn out, the bathroom has a bad odor and is not clean, the water pressure is insufficient, and there was a water leaking from shower the hand sink had some broken areas, and no blankets are provided. The front desk staff is unpleasant and impolite after long discussion and wast of time, they changed our room for other one lettel better than the first one . They made our stay uncomfortable.

The breakfast was a mess! We suffered tummy pains after the first day and decided not to eat breakfast there again. It is not clean, cold and not fresh at all, and there are no options. The restaurant has nearly no air conditioning, so you will feel as if you are in an oven! The coffee corner in the room was empty when we checked in, and whenever you requested something such as blanket or more pillows, they either refused or claimed that it was not available !There is no isolation, and the hotel is incredibly noisy, especially the ones on the ground level near the reception; you will never be able to sleep if they assign you one of those rooms. The hotel's bed and pillows are really uncomfortable.

The lighting in the room is inadequate, and some of it does not work. The televisions are really small!

Even if there location are good but there is a lot of other options near by and have better quality and services with the same price per...

Hotel needs renovation, rooms are totaly battered trust me, in real life hotel doesnt look like in pictures! I'm not so good in insects, but almost sure I saw a cockroach in my room. When I was booking this hotel, I did a reservation for all inclusive service, when I came here, personal told me, that all inclusive is not all inclusive, it just mean, that two times a day You can choose one of six complects. In complect will be soup, main course (chicken, macrel or vegetarian), tomato/cucumber salad and desert (like rice pudding or mousse) and one drink per person tea, coffee, glass of juice or lemonade. Everything else is not included in all inclusive pack. And standart breakfast; sausages, eggs, few salads, bread, coffee, tea. ||I advice You, if You still whant to go there, to take only room, and have Your meals by buying them in restaurant or in other place (there is a lot of restaurants everywhere around this place).Paid 140€ per night for this hotel I think it is too much for this service. 50€ max. ||||Restaurant staff was the best!
