Bosphorus Tour - SeaLand Trip — Local services in Fatih

First class tour operator and airport transfer. Went on the 4hour daytime tour boat and it was the nicest boat on the docks! WiFi and drinks are provided. When we arrived at IST airport we had no transportation arrangement so we took a black taxi to hotel for $45 US Dollars(ripped off), the van smelled like Cigarettes, dirty, and a driver who spoke no English.Arrived at hotel and next day we saw this tour operator across the street and went to ask about tours and transportation and booked a day cruise and transfer back to IST airport for $38 USD and it was a 6 passenger van, very clean, held 4 big bags, driver spoke good English and drove safe. He told us all about Istanbul and where the locals go. The Hotel where we stayed wanted $70 USD one way for the transfer to airport but we were so glad we walked across the street and found this reputable company with professional service Driver arrived 15 minutes early and we tipped him an extra $10 USD for great friendly service. WARNING do not believe all the five star reviews!!! On the boat, the staff is literally going around and offering tea and other things for free in exchange of a 5 star review!!!

They load way too many people on the boat making it impossible to move around. There was not even enough seats for everyone meaning that some people had to stand for over 2 hours.

The answer provided by the "owner" does not change anything, my wife and I arrived 15 minutes in advance as required by the tour operator. No matter if people are late of not, seating should be available for everyone booked a cruise on the boat. This boat was simply overbooked. Even though it is true that tea is offered for free to everyone, there was still a lady walking around the second floor with a sign stating that tea was offered in exchange of a 5 star review. Mahfoud was very helpful to my friend and I, during our time in Turkey, he helped us plan 2 beautiful days with the Bosphorous boat tour and the lively aquarium. He stayed in contact with us and made sure we had all the information we needed. Ahmad was also very helpful, giving us important information about our attractions. Both Mahfoud and Ahmad went above and beyond to help and guide us during our trip. Nearing the end of our trip, Mahfoud helped us book our PCR test and airport shuttle. Mahfoud is very honest and professional and we will go back to him if we ever return. The airport shuttle was very spacious and clean, they picked us up early at our hotel and helped us with all of our luggage. Sea and Land travel agency has so many attractions to choose from, that is why I strongly recommend going to them if you are in the area during your stay in Turkey.
