Smelly room. The room smelled like a huge SINK.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a member of your customer service team who extended a warm welcome. However, I regret to inform you that there was a lack of information provided regarding the breakfast services offered.
Furthermore, I must express my concern regarding the room’s hygiene. Upon entering the room, I was confronted with an unpleasant odor reminiscent of drainage issues, which was particularly strong around one of the single beds. Despite reporting this to a staff member, the response was dismissive, with assurances that there was no discernible smell. The suggested remedies, which included opening the window, deactivating the bathroom fan, and utilizing the air conditioning unit, proved inadequate in addressing the issue. Additionally, the noise intrusion from the open window was quite disruptive.

Read moreThis was the perfect place to stay for my week in Istanbul. The location was central, next to Askaray station so I was able to start several day tours from here. There are shops everywhere nearby to get whatever you need including a barber and laundry across the street. The staff was very helpful as they gave me directions anywhere I needed and even lended me the correct adaptor to charge my electronics. Breakfast was simple, but good. The room was spacious for a solo traveler with a full bathroom and plenty of storage (in case you go shopping). I would highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers...
Read more1 older receptionist there was nice, what wasn't as nice was my room being next to the fire exit, so people were going there to smoke so my whole room always smelled like smoke, turning on the bathroom fan sometimes made it even worse for some reason. Location is very good, close to the marmaray train, so it's convenient to get to the Asian side and tram is also close by, if possible I'd recommend avoiding buses in Istanbul, because they are never on time or ever even arrive.I don't mind room not being cleaned daily, but they could at least replenish toilet paper once...
