Nida Hotel Laleli — Hotel in Fatih

We stayed here for 7 nights. The location is good, the price is fair for the area, and the lobby looks nice with a decent design. The man at the reception was extremely kind and helpful — honestly one of the best parts of this hotel. Thank you to him for his attitude and professionalism. 🙏

However, there are serious downsides: • The room was not properly cleaned during our entire stay — only the towels were changed. • Towels themselves were not very clean, so I recommend bringing your own. • The staff sometimes give unfriendly looks if you smile or approach them.

We reserved online, but when we came to the hotel the old guy at the reception was talking on the phone. Almost 15 minutes talking on the phone even didn’t bother to greet us😅😅😅. Finally when he finished his important call said that there were no rooms available in this hotel and took us to another one around the corner which was partition type even we had an advance booking. The others might have had a better experience but for us it was upsetting and at the same time very funny how we were treated… Advice for the people who wants to book this hotel: wish for your luck on the day of your arrival the old guy is gonna have a better mood… you might get better...

I had booked a room at this hotel through Booking.com, looking forward to a pleasant stay.
