AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!|I don’t usually write reviews but our experience with this hotel was one of the worst since the start. Me and my group booked 4 rooms a month ahead - 2x deluxe room & 2 x suite with spa bath. After arriving at the hotel, they checked our booking and said that our rooms are not ready and just come back at 2pm, which was fine as we were indeed a little bit early. We left our luggage (not in a very secure area as it was open space) as carrying big luggages around the city is chaotic.||We came back after an hour or two but was then advised that they need to move us in a different hotel nearby for ONE NIGHT as the floor, which the rooms we’ve booked are in, have been closed due to electricity issues. This was already suspicious because it is impossible that they didn’t know about this when we first came!! Why couldn’t they tell us in the first place? We were offered free spa services because of this inconvenience. They ensured us that we should be able to get our rooms that we originally booked the next day. ||They checked us in Savone Hotel & Spa, which was only around the corner. No staff even offered to help with our luggages!! Anyway, after checking in, the staff said that we all have same room types as it’s the only ones available. I was so speechless at this point as 2 rooms we paid was significantly higher so we expected nothing less. One of the rooms had a big stain on the bed sheet, other room had no curtains and was advised that only tomorrow will it be put up, towels seems old and run down as some had holes in it. TV was not straightened and had no remote in one of the rooms. ||In the evening, we decided to have a few drinks and shisha in Palde Hotel. Apart from the guy, who convinced us to have a drink there, all other staff didn’t seem to be very accommodating to their guests. They started to talk and flirt with a table of three girls and we seemed invisible after. When we asked for the bill, they said to wait for 5 minutes, when there was so many of them to take care of getting the bill. It was very unprofessional.||The next day, we had to walk back to Palde Hotel for our breakfast. Breakfast was below average. There were food flies flying around the food. Expecting to be moved back to the hotels we originally booked, we asked about when this would be during the day as we had plans to go out and want to sort it out beforehand. The reception staff seemed clueless and looked annoyed so he said to wait as another staff will come. We were then advised that they can only give 2 deluxe rooms and we needed to wait at 12pm when some guests checks out, if we wanted to check it out. Other 2 suite rooms would need to wait for the next day again as there were some mixed up with bookings!!! I started to think why do we need to wait again? 100% sure that they would have known this issue well beforehand. Why did they say different excuses since the very start and promise things that they cannot do? For a hospitality industry, what type of service is that? Though we were offered of free airport transport, it didn’t amount to the stress they’ve put us under. Moreover of what we paid into this “4 star hotel” as rated in booking.com. It should be 2 star. ||In the end, my whole group decided to just stay in the other hotel as we didn’t want the stress anymore to keep moving and asking Palde Hotel of the service that we originally paid for but they cannot deliver. There was no point of us moving to the room in Palde Hotel, when it was so similar to the other one. At least, the staff in Savone Hotel were more professional and more accommodating to their guests compared to Palde Hotel. We also didn’t take up their offer for free airport transfer as having to see how unreliable they are, we didn’t want additional stress of being late for our flights. ||We asked to talk to a manager of Palde Hotel and the staff asked rudely, “Why? What’s the issue?” Having to mention that we were not happy of anything, he called someone. We mentioned everything and asked for a refund AT LEAST. He said that we needed to ask booking.com since we booked the rooms there. Staff didn’t apologise for any of dissatisfaction we had nor even seemed to look sorry. ||To sum up everything, customer service at this hotel is probably the worst that I’ve experienced. I had so much expectations but none of them were met. We would have understood if the staff were more professional and cared about their guests. It felt like we were tossed aside as if we didn’t pay anything for their services, to note that what we paid weren’t cheap at all. Everyone in our group were stressed and had such big disappoinment at this hotel and its staff. Only thing we could thank for is Emre from Savone Hotel that tried to check on us once in a while and to make sure we are okay. He tried to calm us down whenever we see him. Staff from Palde Hotel should have the compassion and customer service he has. ||I just hope that booking.com will take the necessary action so that we can get refund or compensation for everything that...

Read moreCheating!! advertises all inclusive and you get nothing||The absolutely most terrible experience. ||Avoid this hotel!!!!0 star if it was possible to gave them it I would do it. ||I wrote to the hotel few days before we arrived to Istanbul to confirm our reservation, and to be sure that everything is okay. They confirmed that!! ||We booked the hotel & the flight together as a full combined booking which includes flight and hotel ( All includes ).||And here was the surprise!!||The person we met I think he is the owner was very unfriendly we informed him about our booking to check in, then directly he answered us exactly as I write now. We have no room for you as you booked we only have double room with no view. And about the all including you booked it is fail we only have breakfast and we do not serve anything else!! ||||We were shocked!! Because we wrote to them before our arrival. Why didn’t they tell us that ?? They cheating us directly, and we were not able to do anything.||We paid full price to get all including and a king size double room for 3 with view, and got a standard room with a small bed, one and half bed-size maybe max 160 cm with no view!! I didn't get what we paid for!!!||We asked type 10 times to gave us a pillow and duvet to our kid before we get it. ||The rooms were dirty, and unfinished with cables sticking out of the walls. The balcony is unsafe for children, if you open it || there is no railing you can directly fall down and die we were very worried about our child the whole time.||||I asked for confirmation from the hotel about that they do not provide all inclusive as they advertise, where I received a paper with information from them that they have provided all the services, I have ordered and where they write that their all including is only breakfast. This is a direct lie.||||I haven't yet described the other problems at the hotel. Bad service, poor treatment of the employees. Where they slander us and think we don't understand what they are saying!!||No hot water, very poor room cleaning. Staff is rude, Worst breakfast I have ever seen in my life. ||||The Hotel believes that this mistake is Travellink’s because we booked through them and Travellink blames the hotel.
