Best hotel I have ever experience during all my trips! Staying there you have the opportunity of meeting an entire staff - owner included- who personally take care of everything you need - and also above and beyond. Excellent level of cleanliness of the room , lobby and terrace and excellent as well the location, which is a few minutes walking from the main attractions of the city - Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern , Topkapi Palace, Gulhane Park and Hagia Sofia. The kindness and friendliness of the staff and the caring to the guests is above and beyond any expectations, which I really didn’t find anywhere else, not even in five-star hotel. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 to the service I would definitely do it. The rooftop is also one of the strengths of this beautiful building, and it’s where the exceptional breakfast is served. I loved the amazing variety of food in the buffet and moreover staff is open to meet any other requests for breakfast. Being a guest here you feel like home but pampered like a really special guest! I loved that the rooftop terrace is always open 24/7 to enjoy the amazing view and to have coffee or tea breaks either outdoor or indoor. A special mention to the exceptional waitress Bahar who created an awesome environment with her warm welcoming every morning and her professionality in meeting all our requests. The owner takes also a very good care of guests, along with his collaborators. Since the first moment you enter you can enjoy such a warm welcoming with drinks and Turkish delight , but you will be given a very nice gift upon your check-out. Cleanliness in all the room anc bathroom was flawless and really appreciated the amazing shower with massaging options. All the information are given to the guests about the places to visit and also they perform reservations for the guests to participate in different activities. The location is perfect central yet peaceful just a short walk from many of Istanbul's must-see sights and iconic landmarks, Hagia Sophia Museum, Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace, The Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Bosporus cruise ship, Galata Port and Galata tower.

Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable with all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere which allowed for restful sleep after long days of exploring the city.

This hotel Breakfast service on the rooftop was a highlight each morning fresh, delicious, and offering a wide variety of options. You can truly feel that everything is prepared with care and attention to quality. The breathtaking view of Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus Bridge is unforgettable. Sipping coffee in the evening on the rooftop terrace, while enjoying the breeze from the Bosphorus, leaves an incredible feeling.
