Discovering Enjoyer Istanbul was like finding a hidden gem in the heart of the city. From the moment I stopped by to peek into their menu at their front door, I was greeted by Ceo, the restaurant host. His smile, honesty and friendliness was enough to lure me in.
As I was looking into their menu, the dish that immediately stood out was the Mesopotamia Chicken. I did not eat curry for some time whilst in Istanbul so I had to order this dish. Lol.
The Mesopotamia was the star of the evening. Served on a rustic stone skillet, it had the perfect balance of creamy and smoky flavors that were simply irresistible. Each bite felt like a journey through Ottoman culinary traditions, and I couldn't get enough of it.
We also tried the Lamb Casserole and the Garlic shrimp, and they did not disappoint. The cured lamb casserole was hearty and packed with tender, flavorful pieces of lamb. The garlic shrimp, with its succulent shrimp and aromatic garlic, was a delightful combination that left us wanting more.
But what truly set this restaurant apart was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and eager to make our dining experience memorable. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that made our evening even more enjoyable. It almost felt like I went to see some old friends that I had not seen in a long time.
In short, Enjoyer Istanbul is a must-visit. With its delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and exceptional service, it's a place where great memories are made. Whether you're a local or just visiting, this restaurant is sure to impress.

Read moreFound this hotel on our last night after a quick search on Google. Got to restaurant and front was busy with 2 large groups. We were immediately spoken to by staff and seated quickly.
Menu given which has a good range of standard Turkish foods and other rarer Turkish dishes.
The restaurant serves alcohol.
We ordered the mixed meze, Iskender kebab, Aubergine kebab and a virgin mojito and coke.
Food was good (not amazing). The bread that came with the Meze was dry and hard, the tomato sauce in the Iskender was overpowering and the Aubergine was slightly undercooked.
Prices - very very expensive. We have eaten across a variety of restaurants during our stay and this was very expensive compared to many other restaurants and is clearly a Tourist Trap. For example a Coke zero costs around 40-50TL in most restaurants but here it was 175TL. Our bill was over 2800TL for 2 people without any alcoholic drinks.
However, service is excellent and atmosphere is good.
I would go again but just be mindful of the costs. You can eat locally for less than...

I ordered the calamari, chicken, and lamb casserole, and each dish was exceptional. The calamari was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside, served with a delicious dipping sauce. The chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and the lamb casserole was the highlight, rich, hearty, and cooked to perfection with a blend of aromatic spices.
Service was top-notch, with Rohat and his team ensuring everything was just right. The ambiance, food quality, and friendly staff make this a must, visit spot in Istanbul. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience!
Will definitely be back. Thank you for the amazing meal!
