Cappa Cave Hostel — Hotel in Göreme

Very clean room Air conditioner perfectly works The bathroom is clean and confortable. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel looks renovated (my room was!). So you have the charm of beautiful wood furniture but properly renovated and clean In the bathroom, I loved the soap from Cappadocia with a scrub feeling! :) Breakfast is traditional and yummy, not a buffet but enough to eat very well The view from the restaurant terrasse (where we take the breakfast) Is wahou! Amazing. Breathtaking! The owner Coskun is adorable. He will help for any little thing without being too over present. Only what needed and how needed, which makes people feel good and like home in the place! Also I would like to say something important. As a single traveler and being a girl, one of my worry was to find a little hotel where I can trust people and feel safe. And the staff very respectful and helpful made me feel really safe. Coskun organizes the tours. Humm I don’t even know what he cannot organize as he is literally available to help (thank you so much Coskun). I recommend both red and green tours that I did. Good price, amazing tours! Perfect location: 2 minutes walking from supermarket and from the main downtown road (center). Literally best place because in a little street corner (very calm) but 2 minutes walk to the main streets of the center!

Staying at Cappa Cove Hotel was by far the BEST experience my partner and I have ever had. We have travelled a fair bit and have never experienced the hospitality we received here. Absolutely everyone working here was so friendly and went above and beyond for us. Our check in was supposed to be 2pm the day we arrived, however, our flight had us arriving to the hotel for 9am. Not only did they graciously let us drop off our bags, they fed us breakfast! Furthermore, they encouraged us to use the pool and outdoor amenities and apologized for not being able to check us in yet even though we were 5 hours early! They even got us checked in for 12pm having rushed cleaning the room immediately after the other guests checked out. Furthermore, on our checkout day, we weren’t supposed to fly out until 10pm. Again they told us to stay as long as we wanted, held our bags, let us use the pool, and told us to feel at home. It was absolutely incredible the service. The food was also amazing, the room was wonderful, and their balcony is literally one of the best places to view the balloons!
