Olivia Cave Hotel — Hotel in Göreme

Öncelikle, Şimdiye kadar geçirdiğim en güzel konaklama olduğu söylemek isterim. Rezervasyon sonrasında Gençay bey ile bazı bilgiler almak için iletişime geçtim. (Balon turu ,ATV vs). Balonla evlenme teklifi etmek istediğimi söyledim.. Kendisi bütün organizasyon için mükemmel bir fiyata yardımcı oldu. Organizasyon gerçekten bir harikaydı. Otele saat 11:00am civarında vardık . Çok sıcak bir karşılamayla karşılandık ve bize kahve ikram ettiler. Kahvelerimizi içerken Gençay Bey'in babası eğer arzu edersek kahvaltı yapabileceğimizi söyledi. Kahvaltı yapmadığımız için bu ikram bizi çok mutlu etti. Gençay Bey'in babası ile sohbet ederken otelde bizim için akşam yemeği hazırlaya bileceklerini söylediler. Bizde çömlek kebabı daha önce denediğimizi ama çok sevmediğimizi söyledim. Kendisi de bana bizim çömlek kebabımızı yedikten sonra karar verirsiniz dedi. Bizde kabul ettik. Daha sonrasın odamızın hazır olduğunu ve check in yapabileceğimizi söyledir. Odaya ilk girdiğimde gerçekten çok güzel bir emekle dekore edildiğini fark ettim. Bir otel odasında bulunması gerekenden fazla her şey vardı ve kullanılması için konulan her şey çok kaliteliydi. Genel olarak söylemek gerekirse hotel çok tatlı bir ailenin çalıştırdığı bir yer. Daha içeri girer girmez bunu hissediyorsunuz . Çömlek kebabını merak ediyorsanız hayatımda yediğim en güzel çömlek kebabıydı. :)))||Gençay bey ve harika ailesine bu önemli anımızda yanımızda oldukları için ve bize harika bir hafta sonu geçirmemiz için destek oldukları için çok teşekkür ederim. After the reservation, I contacted Gencay to get some information. (Balloon tour, ATV etc.). I said I wanted to propose with a balloon. He helped the whole organization at a great price. The organization was truly amazing. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00 am. We were greeted with a very warm welcome and they offered us coffee. While we were drinking our coffee, Gençay's father said that we could have breakfast if we wanted. Since we did not have breakfast, this treat made us very happy. While chatting with Gençay's father, they said that they could prepare dinner for us at the hotel. I said that we had tried pottery kebab before, but we did not like it very much. He said to me that you can decide after you eat our pot kebab. We accepted too. He then tells us that our room is ready and we can check-in. When I first entered the room, I realized that it was decorated with a really great effort. There was more than enough to be found in a hotel room, and everything put for use was of very high quality. Generally speaking, the hotel is a place run by a very sweet family. You feel it as soon as you enter. If you're wondering about pottery kebab, it was the best pottery kebab I've ever eaten in my life. :)))||I would like to thank Gencay and his wonderful family for being with us at this important moment and supporting us to have a wonderful weekend. Após a reserva, entrei em contato com Gencay para obter algumas informações. (Passeio de balão, ATV etc.). Eu disse que queria propor com um balão. Ele ajudou toda a organização com um ótimo preço. A organização foi realmente incrível. Chegamos ao hotel por volta das 11 da manhã. Fomos recebidos com uma recepção calorosa e eles nos ofereceram café. Enquanto tomávamos nosso café, o pai de Gençay disse que podíamos tomar café se quiséssemos. Como não tomamos café da manhã, esse mimo nos deixou muito felizes. Numa conversa com o pai de Gençay, disseram que podiam preparar o jantar para nós no hotel. Eu disse que já havíamos experimentado kebab de cerâmica antes, mas não gostamos muito. Ele me disse que você pode decidir depois de comer nosso kebab. Aceitamos também. Ele então nos diz que nosso quarto está pronto e podemos fazer o check-in. Quando entrei na sala pela primeira vez, percebi que ela estava decorada com muito esforço. Havia mais do que o suficiente num quarto de hotel, e tudo o que era usado era de altíssima qualidade. De um modo geral, o hotel é administrado por uma família muito doce. Você sente isso assim que entra. Se você está se perguntando sobre kebab de cerâmica, foi o melhor kebab de cerâmica que já comi na vida. :)))||Gostaria de agradecer a Gencay e sua família maravilhosa por estar conosco neste momento importante e nos apoiar para ter um final de semana maravilhoso. Olivia Cave Hotel

We booked 4 rooms with them for the month of April 2025. I am not sure if this is an actual cave hotel as the name suggests, however the rooms very cozy , neat and spacious. The staffs were very polite and offered several other activities. They had a good breakfast menu with a lot of options. The hotel is located in the centre of the town and easily accessible to restaurants and shops. The only concern I had with them was their payment terms, due to visa rejection I had to cancel one of the rooms Even after repeated request for cancellation they informed us as per their policy if we cancel the room they will charge us completely for the room and will not refund us the advance amount and We ended up paying one extra room. Due to above mentioned reason we had to cancel 6 hotel bookings for our entire trip, out of which every other hotel has cancelled our extra room without any charges. So we believe you might get other hotels in capapdocia at the same rate with same facilities without this crazy policy

Furthermore, once we reached the hotel we understood it was festive time and hotel was completely booked ( as informed by the receptionist ), they could have easily sold this room to another customer however they did not...

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff at a fraction of the price of other hotels I. The area. Located in the middle of town close to all the restaurants. The top floor has a gorgeous little sitting area with a nice view of the balloons as they rise over the hill with the sunset in the background. The rooms are premium, spacious, clean and modern (with the architecture of the region beautifully captured). The beds are comfy and the showers hot. The included breakfast is delicious. Turkisk tea is available all day and night which was great! The staff (especially David) are absolutely wonderful and make you feel like part of a family. They go above and beyond to make your stay special. The hotel also offers a balloon service though I can't speak for it. The hotel also has a spa which my partner and I used once. The setting was OK and the service good. We utilised the hotel organised green tour which was a great way to explore the region. We also booked horse rides through the hotel, though I think there may be better options for horse riding. This should not distract from the amazing hotel and staff though. 5/5 hotel, 5/5 staff. Would definitely stay again and recommend them to anyone wanting to stay in Cappadocia. It really made our...
