We visited Göreme Kadın Kooperatifi today with my family while travelling from Australia, and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Cappadocia. We ordered a wonderful variety of dishes including saç kavurma, hünkar beğendi, çökertme kebabı, schnitzel, içli köfte, and babaganuş. Each one absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour.
What made the experience even more special was the warm and attentive customer service from the girls working there. They were welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home. It’s clear that the cooperative takes pride not only in the food they prepare, but also in supporting the community and showcasing genuine Turkish hospitality.
A fantastic place to enjoy authentic homemade dishes. Highly recommended to anyone...

Price now is at 120 turkish lira which is still around 4€. Food varies daily but did not fail to satisfy my hunger.
In contrary to one review here saying that it only had high review because of the price: you are not entirely correct.. Prices are fair and the service is good. The women are very sweet and attentive. In general the food is great, but I also think it’s too oily, although that’s not a feature only exclusive to here, it’s a general thing in Turkey I’ve found.
All in all, very cheap prices compared to other spots around town, and it’s nice to have a local lokanta type establishment when you’re not craving kebab or other types of meals.
Definitely a place...
