Elegance Cave Suites — Hotel in Göreme

The hotel itself was amazing. Love the cave room we stayed! The Terrance that the customer can access has perfect view of the nearby area. It’s on the route of hot balloon trip. Visitors can get remarkable pictures of themselves with hot balloons, close by or in a distance. We took hundreds of pictures there with excitement. The customer service from the hotel was amazing. We’ve booked the Hot Balloon tour, the Red tour, the Green tour, the Oscar Stake House reservation and the pickup/drop off service from the hotel. As we met people during tours, we got the idea that our hot balloon tour was no doubt the best one. Our hot balloon was a big one compared with others. It went up to vey high and travel a while, went high and low for several times so we got clear view of the Cappadocia. It also turned sides for people in every side of the hot balloon basket can see the landscape/ sunrise/ other hot balloon views, which were very considered. Although other tours were not from the same company as the hotel, the guy who responded us through Whatsapp before we arrived was just so organised and helpful. He literally supported everything and really eased all the tension before the trip. We felt so lucky to choose this hotel in Cappadocia. Thanks to Halil, who helped all the way, and also thanks the team to build this wonderful experience for us. This hotel is highly recommended by us and definitely an excellent choice...

Really lovely hotel, was so excited I forgot to take photos of the room it self. I was travelling with two other friends and booked a family suite that has one double bed and two single beds. The was a Sofa, coffee table, TV (we never used as we were out most of the time), stable internet and the usual things. Our room was in a proper cave! It was very cool an mind boggling that we were staying in a room that is carved out rock.

The staff are lovely and very informative. The tours and activates were fairly priced. Also, they are very trustworthy.

They know everything about the region and always happy to help. We did a few last min changes with regards to activity and as they booked for us, they were able to make the changes really quickly. This freed up our time to explore Goreme.

Their preferred method of communication is Whatsapp, which at first I thought was weird but it actually worked really well. One evening there were people shouting outside my room, I just Whatsapp reception and they just dealt with it. No need for me to leave the room or speak to some in a drowsy state.

Highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again :-)

On the way to Antalya I have stopped in Selcuk for one night without many expectations but this hotel located just in the middle of all attractions impressed us. It is positioned at walking distante from all interesting places as Ephesus ruins, Artemis Temple, St. Joan Curch or the city center with all good restaurants. We arived in the morning in Selcuk and we started our local experience with a visit to Virgin's Marry House located in the top of a mountain at only few km from the city. After the vizit there we want directly to the hotel and the host dar really nice and friendly. We had an amazing family room with 2 single + 1 double bed big enough for the entire family. The room was very cozy and confortable and we really enjoyed the time there. After visiting a bit the city and having a perfect lunch in the center we asked some recomendations to go to a beach and the owner of the place recomended us the public beach at the seaside located at only few km. For dinner are a lot of restaurants in the area where you can try traditional food. In the morning the breakfast is simply great.
