Absolutely horrendous. Let me rephrase: I have travelled for years and years, and have stayed in dozens of hotels, and this was no doubt the worse (not "one of") experience I ever had. There were many things wrong with the hotel - there were no doubt bed bugs, as I was bitten constantly every night for the two days I was there. And the cleaning staff disregarded my request not to clean my room after the first day - she entered anyway, and changed a few things (though she didn't empty the bin, and so proper cleaning wasn't done anyway). And, on the day of my departure, the cleaner (or some other staff - I couldn't tell) constantly knocked on my door and tried to get in, even though it wasn't check-out time yet. Once, the person even opened the door themselves while I was, even though I explicitly asked them not to come in. The whole thing was very disrespectful, and unpleasant.
The absolute, absolute worse experience occurred when I tried to speak to one of the staff members at the front desk. I had a friend whom I wanted to have over for a chat in my room. I was told that this was not allowed. I asked why that was the case, and I was essentially told that "this is the policy". I then asked the person to show me when I ever agreed to such a policy - I explained that nowhere through the booking process was I told that I could not even have a guest over for a chat. I emphasised again and again that, no, the person would not be staying over for the night, but still, I was told that that was not allowed. This was ridiculous to say the least - the room I booked and paid for was a triple room; it should thus be up to me how I used the room. I have never encountered a hotel with such a policy
The absolute worst part of this experience was the manner in which I was spoken to. The front desk staff - whose name was "Emir" - was the rudest person I ever met. Throughout the drama, he spoke to me with an extraordinarily condescending tone. He...

• Spacious Rooms
I recently stayed at Diamond Luxury Hotel and would rate it a 4/5. The room we were given was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. However, I did notice that it was a bit dirty, which was disappointing.
• Free Upgrade
A highlight of our stay was the complimentary room upgrade we received. This was a nice bonus and definitely added to our overall experience.
• Maintenance Issues
Unfortunately, there were a couple of maintenance issues. The light behind the mirror was broken, which made it difficult to get ready. Additionally, the TV couldn’t connect to YouTube, which was a letdown for some evening entertainment.
• Small Elevator
Another downside was the elevator, which was extremely small. It felt cramped, especially when carrying luggage, making it a bit inconvenient.
• Nice Amenities
On the plus side, the hotel has a restaurant that offers decent dining options, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their positive attitude made a difference in our experience.
• Overall Impression
Overall, Diamond Luxury Hotel has a lot to offer, with spacious rooms and nice amenities. While there are some areas for improvement, I would still recommend it for a...
