Kaleiçi Ozkavak Hotel — Hotel in Muratpaşa

This hotel was actually my second choice – some of the reviews had made me wonder if it would be a good fit. Completely unnecessarily! My stay turned out to be a wonderful experience – I’m already planning to come back to Antalya and spend my holiday here again.

First of all, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. It’s small, which makes it peaceful and feels like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle just two streets over. Despite being located right in the Old Town, only a 2-minute walk from Hadrian’s Gate, it’s wonderfully quiet. You can really relax here! The small pool with sunbeds helps, too. Next to the pool there’s a fountain with turtles, and someone has even placed bougainvillea flowers from the hotel’s patio into the upper bowls of the fountain. A small detail, but things like that really win me over. The beds are comfortable, the towels soft, and the rooms are cleaned daily 😊

Second, the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The atmosphere feels like family. Their advice and recommendations on where to go (and where not to go), along with their willingness to help us with any problems, truly deserve five stars!

Third, the restaurant is genuinely good. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so we only ate there twice – but both meals were really delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast was also worth mentioning, with a nice variety to choose from.

I honestly recommend this place...

We stayed in 4 different places around old town before. We also saw dozens of the different hotels in the area with our own eyes. The room we had got here was the best we ever stayed in Kaleci! Newly decorated and newly furnished room to a very high standard. The best ever king size bed and white linens we had in Antalya. Super super comfortable. It was new year time so we used an AC to heat the room. And it is first quiet AC we found in Antalya. It doesn't rattled and didnt make any weird noises. Room was big around 25sqm and was heat up in no time. We had an amazing sleep and it was super quiet and dark with blackout curtains. Bathroom are new and spacious. Amazing big shower. We called directly to the phone of the hotel and got great price for it to. Staff didnt speak much English but they were very hospitable and helpful. Definitely 100% reccomend to stay here. And we definitely will be back to this and only this hotel in Kaleci again. And another big plus as they have a car park! It is really rare find in old town. They were very kind and offered us to park our car in their garage space. Not sure where that person who gave them 1star review stayed. Sound like not in this hotel. As they dont have such rooms. I had a wonderful experience at Özkavak Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at ease.

The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and all the amenities I needed were readily available. Everything fresh and tidy.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was kind, helpful, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. Whether it was giving directions, arranging transportation, or simply greeting with a warm smile, their hospitality was truly outstanding.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of fresh options. The location was also convenient close to many attractions and easy to access. And the pool was so clean and fun to swim in it.

Overall, Özkavak Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely return...
