LUNA GARDEN — Restaurant in Muratpaşa

Went here for lunch with the family. We were however severely disappointed by our experience. From our two week trip in turkey so far this was our most horrible experience with the service staff of a restaurant. They were rude and antagonising. Inspite of asking for basic things like forks & spoons several times after our food was already at our table getting cold, they refused to bring us anything. Please note that they weren’t exactly busy and the restaurant was not packed. They were spending their time talking to each other close by. Finally after making our displeasure clear & asking repeatedly up to a point of being fully exasperated , they brought us 4 forks for 5 people. My husband proceeded to eat with a knife because they still refused to bring us a 5th fork. When I went to ask the waiters for a 5th fork (again, for the 30th time) they rudely snapped at me saying “what more do you want, lady?! we’ve already given you whatever you kept asking for”. At this point I raised my voice at them saying what is this horrible way of speaking & showed them how they have deliberately given us cutlery that is not enough for a table of 5. After this, the supervisor came to tell us to “behave or we would have to be dealt with”. My husband was furious at this point and used Google translate to tell him what had happened. The supervisor would reply with an excuse of an apology along with “but you should not act like this” at the end of his apology. They finally brought us the knife and plates that we had by this point asked for at least 30 times. But the plates were used/soiled plates that had not been washed. They angrily slammed these dirty plates on our table and spent the rest of their time giving us dirty looks until we ate, paid and left. In a country full of happy, friendly and kind service at restaurants, this was the exact opposite and I would urge anyone reading this to keep their hostility in mind...

There were six of us and one baby. We came for dinner at the establishment, choosing it based on reviews. There were seats available, and we sat at a free table. a baby chair was available.

The place was overcrowded, with constant hustle and bustle, and the waiters couldn't handle the flow of customers. The waiters moved on roller skates, which apparently is the establishment's gimmick.

The service leaves much to be desired. Nobody approached us, so we had to find a waiter ourselves. At the beginning of the evening, the lights were out, making it impossible to place an order. The staff did not provide any timeline for resolving the issue. The lights came on after five minutes, but the waiter insisted that the lights were still out and he couldn't take the order. This continued for another ten minutes. We had to speak to the manager, who assured us that we could place an order and that a waiter would come soon. The waiter stubbornly refused to take the order and only after multiple reminders that an agreement had been reached with the manager, he deigned to take the order.

Then the situation worsened: after taking the order, the waiter left, and after thirty minutes, the dishes had still not been brought out. We reminded him of the order, and only after that were the dishes brought out immediately, except for two enchiladas. The waiter did not inform us that these dishes could not be prepared, and we waited for them in vain. As a result, our friends had to wait another twenty minutes to receive other dishes. We received no apologies from either the waiter or the restaurant.

The taste of the food was decent but not excellent. Prices are reasonable

I like The Havana colddrink its good

I order a vişneli lemonade cherry. What do I get a lemon lemonade in red color. I call the waiter again I say this is not cherry vişneli its lemon. Don't get me wrong I ordered before lemon lemonade I like it. But now I ordered vişneli cherry. So the waiter calls the manager the manager comes he tells me its cherry. I tell him it tastes like lemon. He can't reply he then tells its lemon mixed with cherry O now I am right. Then he says don't give our drink a bad review. Because you sell customers cherry lemonade that is lemon lemonade. Put it on the menu as this is lemon mixed with red color but it taste is lemon. I ask get it of the table he says you have to pay for it. I tell him I don't care if you put it on my bill I did not say I won't pay for it. Just get it off my table. Last years manager was good.

What happend is they ran out off cherry. And cherry is not cheap. Raise the price!

This place has changed ownership I think. Tiramisu was good its now watery. Food the menu has also changed its not for the good. Just get the old menu back and raise the price. I don't mind if prices raise but food quality stays the same.

Another customer said can we sit where there are NO flies. And I thought it was only me.

Wipe the tables and stop serving that cotton candy with the hot drinks its melts gets on the tables and attracts lots of flies.

I like Luna garden I like comming here that is why I place this review I like the cheesecake. I like the classic lemonade (lemon)
