​My visit to this location was highly disappointing and uncomfortable. There was a significant issue with staff inattentiveness and rudeness. The team completely failed to pay attention to our order and demonstrated a clear lack of understanding about what we were requesting. Two employees were consistently inside, appearing disengaged and displaying rude body language towards customers. This created an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere that ultimately forced us to leave earlier than planned. Dessert shop which serves fresh and quality food. Turkish chai comes free with every purchase and they refill it for free. We tried pistachio cake which is a similar version of tres leches cake. It had the baklava flavour which was unique and delightful. Also tried the kazandibi (probably the only dessert here that does not contain egg), pumpkin tiramisu, pistachio halva (comes with ice cream) and dark chocolate mousse/tiramisu which were all very good.
