(I've tried 5 times to post this, but it keeps getting screened! Why, Google?! Hope this works) Photos don't do justice to their fairytale-like rooms! Great interior design. The colour-matched furniture is elegantly aged, it would be best described as "gorgeously vintage". We wondered if they upgraded our standard room, because the room was really spacious. No room was right next to it, so it was also quiet. It was by the stairs, so the noise from the stairs was heard quite loudly, but it was no problem as it is not a massive hotel and people didn't roam around a lot at night. The outside noise is reasonably blocked with the windows closed, so I was only awakened by the morning prayer alarms. Every member of the staff is friendly, and when there is any problem, they resolve the issue immediately or explain it to you well. Some minor construction was taking place during our stay, and they ensured it never inconvenienced the guests by limiting the hours thoughtfully. We merely noticed it, and were never bothered by it. The bathroom is lovely and clean. Both the water pressure and the temperature in the shower are perfect - you could make the water boiling hot, just check the direction of the knob because it was left:cold/right:hot in our room. Water quality is also visibly clean - we has to change our shower filter every day in Istanbul, but we didn't change it once here after 2 nights (some pieces of rust comes out of the shower due to aging, but not a significant issue). We got a room with a hot tub, and enjoyed it very much. There were plenty of bathroom amenities. The WiFi was the best we had in Türkiye. The curtains weren't the blackout type, but this allowed a pleasant amount of light to enter every morning & blend beautifully with the room. There's so much to say about the breakfast - no wonder it's known for it! Immaculate service and delicious food. I've never had pumpkin jam before, and it was impressive. Turkish melon was exquisite, the dried fruits were notably of fine quality and I think they bake the burek bread themselves, too. The hotel cat is adorable. The fireplace is absolutely charming. When we went, breakfast was served indoors and the swimming pool is closed in winter, so the terrace wasn't being used. But we were free to go outside and look around, and it is most amazing. We also got help getting our luggage downstairs when leaving, even though we were only one floor above. There was zero pressure from the hotel, but we just had to leave a tip at the reception for the great service. I really saw why everyone regretted not staying longer. Whenever we're back in Antalya, we'll be sure to return to this flawless & incredible hotel.

The staff was always friendly and courteous, the rooms were clean and smelled good and the view from the rooftop terrace was gorgeous! Because the atmosphere was so calm, I forgot to shoot pictures, so I have just these few from the rooftop terrace. I think it is because it consisted largely of the family members of the hotel which can be justifiably proud of themselves. They gave us good tips for outside the hotel when we asked about good restaurants for example. Since we traveled for a wedding and most of the guests were in other hotels, I can make a good comparison because we met with the other wedding guests and shared our accommodations and visited each other. You could easily tell that they were partly quite envious of us :) A little story about it, which is certainly not self-evident: Shortly before the actual wedding ceremony we had forgotten to get a card for our gift, immediately has and the house lady made a card from leftovers in the office, including flowers, shells and other decorations. I think a more beautiful card we could not have bought!

What an absolutely fantastic experience at the White Garden Hotel … From the moment I arrived, Metin and his team made me feel so welcome - it’s clear you’re in the right place as soon as you step into the spacious reception area. The beautifully designed space leads to a stunning courtyard that feels like a peaceful haven, it just kept getting better from there. The breakfast is a true highlight, offering an incredible variety of homemade delights. From freshly prepared omelettes and crêpes to creamy yogurt with honeycomb, nuts, and seeds, not to mention a selection of olives and vibrant salads, every bite was a treat. At the lower end of the property, there’s a charming pool that’s perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I was lucky enough to spend three nights here, and I only wish I could have stayed longer. This adults-only gem is an absolute treasure - I can’t recommend it highly enough. A huge thank you to the White Garden family for creating such a special experience. I’ll definitely be back …‼️

This hotel nearly ruined my two week holiday! If I was you, please have a long think before you book here. So we booked two double bed rooms for four adults over six months ago. Upon arriving at the hotel after a transfer flight, having been exhausted due to the early flight and the stress that is involved, we were hoping to be checked in and spend the remainder of our holiday here. Unfortunately this did not happen. When we arrived, the male owner was very welcoming however he he told us to follow him to another hotel nearby. We were confused why but we followed. Upon arriving at another hotel/apartment (5 minutes away) which was in the middle of two very busy cafes/bars, he told us that they were over booked and that we needed to stay here. He attempted to persuade telling us how nice this new hotel was. We obviously refused and said this wasn't what we paid for and that we wanted a pool which this place didn't have. After a brief argument, he escorted us back to the hotel and showed us two rooms. (These rooms were always available but he was just hoping we take the other hotel).

One was however a room with two single beds. This was still not acceptable and we told the owner this. Understandably, we were annoyed about the whole ordeal so we asked for some time to think about it. When we came to an agreement, we spoke to the owner and agreed to stay but he immediately told us that he wanted to cancel our booking. He said he didn't want us in the hotel anymore and said we should find another hotel. He was extremely rude and pretty much told us he didn't care. He was happy to leave us stranded in a foreign country with no hotel and with all of our luggage (4 suitacaes and hand luggage!). He said he didn't want us to bring the atmosphere down but I believe he just wanted to free up some space. He was even cheeky enough to bribe us with the other apartments again saying he would consider allowing us to stay one night! We explained that my partner had a disability and that her mother who was with us had just battled through cancer and that this was our first holiday together. This unfortunately did not matter as the owner did not care. I don't know why this place has soo many good reviews! I suspect it may be due to the location. As well as this, the hotel is in the middle of the old town which is very busy and noisy especially at night! After a couple of hourw, we ended up finding a new hotel about 20 minutes away for a similar price but with far better facilities and access to a private beach.

And to finally top it off, the owner has refused to refund our deposit even though he cancelled us and not the other way around. Horrendous service and horrendous staff. Its a shame as the hotel garden...
