Welll…. What should I say. Myself I’m from a neighboring country famous for its Caucasian food. And your cannot surprise me with good meat. I was born with a lamb chop in my mouth. My favorite food was meat since early childhood. And when I go to the restaurant, event top notch restaurant highly priced famous for meat, I’m am skeptical. You simply cannot surprise me with meat. And this time I made a promise to myself to try lamp chop in every restaurant I go to. And frankly speaking I didn’t want to go to this one. It was my fiancé who was super friendly and just promised the owners that we will stop by next time. We were staying literally next door…. Soooooo… we came… and I ordered lamp chop… please forgive all vegans and vegetarians, but when I tried this lamp the first thought was that this lamp lived a happy but short life. I felt in what great environment it was raised, the clean grass it ate, the loving family it had. It was an active, fed and loved lambs… mmmm I could go on and go on… but long story short, this lamb was the best I tried in turkey so far. Don’t be skeptical. This is a family owned restaurant and from my experience this kind of trattorias try the most to satisfy the customer!...
Read moreWe had a fantastic dining experience here! Everything from the food to the atmosphere and service was excellent. We started with a complimentary selection of pickled vegetables and fresh bread, which was a great way to begin the meal. The grilled chicken wings with garnish were incredibly flavorful, and the baked potato with meatball and cheese was a standout—rich, hearty, and perfectly cooked.
A special shout-out to our host, Sefer, who made the evening even more enjoyable. He recommended we sit in the courtyard patio, which was a beautiful spot surrounded by flowers and flowering trees—absolutely perfect. Sefer also suggested the baked potato dish, and we’re so glad he did. He took great care of us throughout the evening. We ended the meal with fresh strawberry slices, a simple and refreshing finish. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back when we are...
Read moreWe came here last night for dinner. There was no one dining when we arrived but I am sure they will be very popular soon so I would come and enjoy Pastorale before everyone else finds out about them!
They have a beautiful courtyard in the back where they seat you. The staff were very attentive but not intrusive. They made our whole experience at Pastorale one of the best we have ever had at a restaurant. The details they provide to your evening are above and beyond.
Starting with small free snacks when you order your drinks and free bread for the table. We had the Avocado salad, lamb cutlets and lamb skewers. Absolutely delicious. They finished our evening with a fruit plate and Turkish tea.
Thank you so much Pastorale for making one of our last nights in Turkey so memorable. I wish you all the luck with your beautiful restaurant and I hope to visit...
