It's at a very beautiful place. The view to the mountains and the green park with various trees are just in the walking distance of a few seconds (like 3 minutes?) and on the other right hand side there's a way to the small beach. I think the location is good. And the breakfast is a bit expensive, choosing the food on the menu 2-3 types and the tea extra but it's still delicious. I was satisfied. There's nothing to complain about, the location and the food is amazing. It's good. And the service was good . 🥰 the people are nice. But I speak their native language maybe we understand us better in this way since our communication is on the same level. The room was small. We did put the suitcase in the way of our room because we had a small room. I don't care actually. You get what you pay for. A clean bed. Fresh smelling bed sheets. Air-conditioning is working though I have no idea how we can switch from hot to cold , you trying it ahah I was confused about the remote control. 😂 but it's small in the bathroom and shower. Unfortunately the water was leaking kinda from the glass door so we put the towel on the floor. We had enough towels thanks to God. The sheets are clean. I haven't seen anything bad. But the shower has white spots or dark little mold at the sink, that's because of the water that's normal. And you might need a better chemicals and stronger sponge to scrub and more time. All the rooms is one person doing... The corners could need a scrub but ,who cares. I don't care. I have two slippers in the room for two people. and shampoo, gel and hair cream -3 products. And two hand soaps. They all lovely people. As I said you get what you pay for. Cheap? Small room! But it's clean. That's enough for me. There's a TV too. The coffee and tea is for free. The Minibar+ water costs money. The window is a bit difficult to open and fix. When you are a little pampered princess that complains about everything in his or her life , then go to a 5 star hotel and don't cry. We were satisfied with the hotel. You get what you pay for. The terrace is lovely too but unfortunately at bad weather it's not to be visited. It's for good weather, but the view is marvellous. Majestic. Gorgeous. Wonderful. The stairs go though the hotel to the terrace so some bad people might be loud and disrespectful . And near it is a restaurant and the bar is loud. So people who can't sleep because of noise need another place. We are deep sleepers... and it's spring so it's calmer.. and that little noise from the distance. I don't care. It's an open terrace in mono. The view is amazing! I loved this place. 🥰 so lovely it was. And everywhere cats for...
Read moreVery good Location, very friendly, helpful and cooperative staff. The guys at the reception helped a lot. First they answered all questions I asked on booking.com in a timely manner. They also helped in organizing airport transfer. Finally they organized a birthday cake for one of our friends free of charge. They served the cake and offered us a table for 8 persons in their restaurant, all for free.|Room is good equipped. Breakfast is very good (Egg, cheese, honey, jam, sometimes pancakes and fruites, tea or nescafe with refill). Waiters are very friendly.||The rooms and bathrooms are small, makes it a little tight for two persons. But it is not a big deal. It is also loud at night, but this is a problem of the area, as old town is full of cafes and restaurants with live music.|What could be improved that they could serve the breakfast in the roof restaurant. In the one at the entrance, you have to be ok with street cats moving around.|Although the breakfast is good and I liked it, It should have been mentioned that there is no breakfast buffet. It is standard breakfast served at the table, where you choose only how your egg is cooked. Only tea or nescafe, otherwise it will be...
Read moreAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! YOU WON’T SLEEP, SHOWER, FEEL SECURE, OR HAVE SPACE TO MOVE FREELY INSIDE THE ROOM. This place could not even accommodate a dog shelter! Besides being a 3 star hotel online, this place is more like a staircase with rooms along the way towards a rooftop bar and restaurant. Thus, expect multiple things if you stay here: loud music and noise that will prevent you from sleeping all night; drunk people shouting and screaming at the staircase during all night (perfectly heard in the rooms); bad mattress quality; banging sounds heard during the night (like this would be an industrial place running 24/7); and many others. Besides all that, I had a single room which came with some “awesome” features: the bathroom could barely fit one person inside without hitting the walls; the bathroom door could not even be wide open as it would colide with the toilet; the shower was broken and only possible to use in a certain and too leaking way; the room door looks less secure than an unlocked door in a crumbling house. Summary: avoid this place at all costs. I have no idea how this has more than 1 rating on Google, but certainly...
