There are not enough words to describe how incredible our experience with Chef Tiziano and Rosa was. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. We contacted Chef Tiziano 4 months before our vacation about using his services, and from that day until we said goodbye, he made the experience unforgettable. We were fortunate to have him with us for the entirety of our five day vacation with our 20 family members. He took the time to understand each of our preferences, creating personalized menus that felt incredibly special. From the minute we arrived in Turks and Caicos, he infused the atmosphere with warmth, creativity, and an undeniable passion for food. With each dish that was prepared, he didn't just serve us meals; he crafted culinary memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. We have dined at five star and Michelin restaurants all over the world so I feel confident when I say, the dishes he cooks are filled with an abundance of flavor and creativity. We have been fortunate enough to dine at various Michelin 1, 2, and 3 star restaurants as well as rent countless villas with private chef’s around the globe. I am confident in sharing that this was my favorite culinary experience to date. Chef Tiziano and Rosa aim to please. Their attention to detail and perfection is astounding. From the appetizers to the main courses to the desserts…pure decadence. We had a party of 20 people and Chef went above and beyond to cater to each and everyone’s requests. Outside of being an expert in his field, he is honest, caring and humble. Over the “course” of 5 days, we formed a special bond that goes long beyond food.    Read moreMy group had 2 meals prepared by Chefs in Provo in Oct 2023. (This review was written a week after and updated a year later.) They also picked up some groceries for our villa. They did not take a deposit or hold on a credit card and unfortunately wanted to settle the bill immediately following a relaxing dinner while we were trying to enjoy the evening. The credit card company had to be contacted (yes, we gave notice we were in TCI) but it was just tedious and not in good taste to settle the bill after all the services were done (maybe before the dinner would have been ideal). As for the food, it was good but it didn't blow me away. Breakfast was fresh and tasty but so much bread, no quiche or omelets or egg benedict. Lobster for dinner was good but it wasn't hot. I also just wasn’t sure how much was actually prepared from scratch. By far the best dish was the key lime pie with sorbet dessert. Loved that! Thank you to the chefs.
