KONTRAKT Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Kyiv

I loved it here, I would be happy to stay here again. Clean, quiet, contemporary style rooms with nice shower and facilities. The rooms were compact, but comfortable. ||||And the staff was great. Helpful and friendly. The day I departed, I had to leave at 6:30. They arranged for me to have a small breakfast, even though the cafe was still closed. ||||I was there in October, so air conditioning wasn't an issue, but the heating was fine. The cafe is small with a limited breakfast/lunch selection, but everything was excellent. ||||I read the bad reviews, and think they must have stayed somewhere else. Kontrakt Boitique Hotel is a very clean, modern, ideally situated hotel. Located in Podil old town, it is a perfect base for exploring Kyiv’s wonderful historical sights. Lots of good restaurants, bars and cafes are within walking distance. The hotel was spotlessly clean, very quiet and had a lovely cafe where we had a good breakfast, not included in the price. Nice newly refurbished hotel with friendly staff. The room is quite small, OK for one person, but for 2 people with bags there was no where to store anything.

Water was complimentary the first night, but you had to pay for it after that. Kettle and Tea bags in the room, but no coffee and no water unless you provide your own.

We ate breakfast the first morning but was disappointed with the sausage that was not very well cooked.
