During a two day stay with my husband at this hotel, problems started shortly after checking in. About an hour after unpacking and getting comfortable in the room, we were forced to move to a different room because a mistake had been made during booking. Rooms appear nice, but at closer inspection cleanliness appears to be an issue. Both me and my husband developed pinkeye the same week as the hotel stay and were advised by our doctor that it was likely caused by dirty towels or sheets at the hotel. Also at check out, we were made to wait while the room was inspected to verify we had not stolen anything. We have stayed at many hotels and have never been treated like criminals. It is located near the most well-known sightseeings, for example Lvivs Opera Theatre, despite of this it isnt a noisy place. As I was there with all of my classmates, I saw several rooms. They were completely different but all of them looked nice. My room was clean. Some rooms has an amazing view on the old city, especially at night. Also there was a kettle but not in every room too. The service was good, we were allowed to keep our bags in the hotel after checking out till the buss arrived. The breakfast there was tasty. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to spend their vacations in a nice place for an...

Just a few meters away is a tram that can take you directly to the train station that has trains leaving for different cities of Ukraine. Also in the park there are people walking around with tour options of Lviv or to outside of Lviv. Front reception spoke English. I will be returning to the hotel when I return...
