Worst Delivery Experience Ever

I have been a regular customer of this restaurant for over 1.6 years, but after today’s experience, I will never order again.

The delivery person arrived around 2:25 pm and waited until 2:30 pm. During that short time, he called me 5 times. I was in the shower, so I could not answer immediately & it was not intentional. When I finally came to receive the order, instead of showing basic courtesy, he started shouting at me and said, “If you cannot take the order quickly, better don’t order. We have other things to do.”

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. No restaurant should allow their delivery staff to disrespect customers. To make matters worse, when I reported this issue, the restaurant owner they simply ignored my complaint.

Respect and customer satisfaction should always come first, not their ego. There are plenty of better alternatives in the area, such as Global Chicken, Fat Free Chicken, and Ritaj and I will be choosing them instead from now on.

Pathetic service, I called at 1:15 to order and they confirmed and said it will be delivered by 2 PM. I called again at 2 to followup and they said that the order is on the way. I called at 2:30 and their person said he doesnt know if my order has been dispatched or not and hung up on me. I called again and the person was very rude and said that he going to cancel my order. So disappointed with their service. It says online that open 24 hrs , but when you call them and asked for the food delivery. They are directly denying and saying that food is finished.
