Excellent Location Surrounding Area (Quiet) Cleanliness & Maintenance Room Size and Layout Problem solving – I raised my concerns about a facility being out of service with no communication and I must say, it was addressed and fixed in a timely and professional manner, to the extent that I almost felt bad for raising it. Above ALL - The Staff - May, Eliza, Zeeshan, Dilip, Pankaj, Madan, Raju and my personal favourite Mohammed - Simply wonderful people.

Very Good Building Look & Feel - The building has nice interiors and decor, but not overdone. Kitchenette - Compact, but spacious enough and very well equipped. Almost everything you would need.

Good All Inclusive - DEWA + twice weekly cleaning + basic toiletries etc. included in the price, making it simple. Groceries - There is a 24-hour mini-mart around the corner who does 24 hour delivery. W, the larger supermarket is around the other corner and open till 10:00 pm.

Average Entrance Access - It's a little complicated to get on to the service road if you are using a cab, but it really isn't a problem at all to walk from the curb.

Below Average Visitors Rule - This hasn't affected me yet but given that this is an apartment at the end of the day, the rule should be relaxed unless it gets noisy. Gym - Small and no machines, but you can get somethings done. Sauna, Steam & Pool - The timings are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. which is not mentioned on the website at the time of booking. After using the any of the above-mentioned facilities, the other peculiarity is that you cannot get a towel unless you have a “towel card”. These are issued at the ground floor reception, while all the facilities are on the roof. Not to mention, this process is not communicated to you prior, and you’ll sometimes see a guest or two dripping through the lift and the corridor because they didn’t have a “towel card”.

The staff greeted me warmly and ensured a smooth check-in process, immediately making me feel welcome.The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-end appliances and utensils, allowing for easy meal preparation. The living area was comfortable and inviting, with large windows providing plenty of natural light and stunning views of the surrounding area. My stay at Suha Park was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I first arrived, the service made me feel completely at home, transforming what was intended to be a one-month visit into an extended stay.

The warm and professional welcome I received from May and Badr at check-in was remarkable. Their efficiency and genuine friendliness set the perfect tone for my entire experience. Their outstanding service was a major reason I felt so comfortable and confident in my decision to stay for another month.

The exceptional service culture clearly comes from the top down. I was also impressed by the kindness and pleasant demeanor of the manager, Eliza, who was a delight to interact with. I must also give a special thank you to Dilip, whose attentiveness and readiness to assist with my luggage every time I checked in or out made a significant difference. It's these small, thoughtful gestures that truly make a guest feel valued and cared for.
