Dubai Wharf Tower 3 — Local services in Dubai

Worst building I’ve resided in, in my 14 years of living in dubai. It’s made with very cheap materials, you can literally hear a pin drop from the ceiling. And unfortunately I had some very uncivilised and uncultured people living above me. The security spoke to them countless times bug they had no consciousness clearly. So it sounded like a heard of animals was banging and running above my head… zero mental peace. The pool is a DISASTER, it’s too small for the building. And the kids take over the entire adults pool with no consideration. Again security was called several times to control the situation but nothing was resolved. The developer had a choice.. there is a huge play area for kids; they easily could have put a kids pool there also. The building has unfortunately a majority very bad tenants, very low class in general. I won’t advised for any civil...
