Living here in Dubai UAE has already been a success for everyone. I’ve been here for eight (8) years now, working from one company to another, switching jobs to be sensible enough to clear up all our liabilities, merely looking for a job is just part of being an OFW, thus one of the hardest parts is the LIPAT BAHAY (house shifting). LIPAT BAHAY as we all know is very expensive (from car lift to advance & deposit), burned out, sometimes hopeless and most of all is where to look for a new-clean-cheap-happy-safe rental accommodation/flat.

I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the behavior and cleanliness of the co -tenant in flat 406. Unfortunately, it seems like JLo behaves as if she owns the flat rather than being a tenant herself. Her only positive interaction comes when it's time to collect payment, which doesn’t set a good precedent for the overall living environment.

In terms of cleanliness, the flat has been consistently below expectations. If JLo truly wants to maintain cleanliness, she should communicate more politely and respectfully in the group chat, especially when addressing shared spaces. There’s a noticeable lack of consideration for the collective upkeep, and it could certainly be handled better.

Additionally, JLo seems to be making unnecessary demands about removing items from the hallway. While it’s important to keep shared areas neat, she should start by managing her own possessions—particularly the ones placed near the washrooms. A little more self-awareness and cooperation would go a long way in making this a more pleasant living situation for everyone.

To the owner of Fatayeh, I’d recommend being aware of the situation in 406 and addressing these concerns with the tenant. A little respect and communication could make a big difference in improving the atmosphere...

and yes it's true, they really shows how they value thier tenants,. One of the best example is when my colleague transfer in their flat (we have same real estate but different location) gave birth. Faateh team, went to that flat and extends thier congratulations by giving diapers/clothes/milk for baby girl, it really touches my heart coz you will rarely find a Real Estate who is doing like this simple gestures to thier tenants... I even told my colleague "the owner and management have the good heart" ❤...

Shout out to  Ms.Arlene and Wewe,  for always being 24/7, a very reliable, responsive and approachable agent...

In terms of value for money, it's superb... they are not the kind of other real estate that is costly, so to speak "they value the needs of their tenant"...

And lastly, I really want to thank the management and the owner, coz they choose to save the togetherness of thier tenants in there "Pasalo Flat Programme" , and we are one of those...
