Right now I am staying here. Started to stay from 13th December. Worst customer service and no response for our complaints, listed below the complaints made to make decision of anybody who wants to stay,
Cant able to close the Window. Open always complained many times but not fixed. On first day of my arrival not even complimentary water bottles are given and refused to give any. Also I have to request to help to bring my luggage to my room. Unfortunately opted for breakfast 😕 and serving a single menu every day. Food is not good taste and repeated daily .Requested to change the menu but told as that its their international menu (lol) can't change by the restaurant manager. Cleaning is not that good also not cleaning the toilet on daily basis. Not providing tea and coffee bags but they tagged as four star hotel. WiFi is not that speed or most of the time not connecting to my laptop. Telephone lines are disconnected in the rooms since I came here ( almost 10days over) . So if u wanted to speak or order anything u have to visit urself to their place. When asked about 'Receptionist' simply says that due to internal connection problems 🙄 it will not work. But I noticed that its working in the front desk only for office purpose. I really don't know why no phone service in the room. I was given a room exactly opposite to lift which I can hear a ring bell sound whenever anybody opeartes so can't sleep in the nights. Requested many times to change my room any corner but never got any single response. TV is a showcase item and its useless no good channels to watch and limited to only 15 channels and its all blurred. No iron box or board given in the room as usual when asked for it no response. No slippers provided for bathrooms in this four star hotel.
I have been sacrificed to stay here because I paid to my travel agent (Global travel solutions-GTS) of 4000dhs to stay here for 16 days as to travel to saudi 🇸🇦 😪 only for room.
Conclusion: whoever wants to travel to saudi from India at this current situation due to no direct flights there are plenty of other options are available in dubai to stay. So book urself for 2days in vasanthabhavan or citymax or any other cheap hotels once u reached search for cheapest and good service hotels to stay to save money and stay...

I came in at 7:06 am, 28th of Friday to say goodbye to my family who were staying in the hotel since Tuesday evening and will be flying home today. I asked them if I could come up to help them with their luggage but, to my surprise Supervisor Ahmed as he told me his name explained too many things to me that I felt so offended and felt so small. He stressed to me that I can complain but he threatened me that I am not their guest so that I can do whatever I want. Whenever I am saying things to explain my side he answers more rudely and unprofessionally and that frustrates me fully! At the end he stopped me for going up to see my family in their room as he was so pissed off and remained his awful attitude towards me as he crossed his two hands while talking to me and reminded him he shouldn't do that as hospitalitarian. I understand the hotel rules but he could be more emphatetic and understanding while I explained why I need to come up in their hotel room. He should listen while I'm talking but instead he is interfering with to my dismay he even asked me not to shout ( he couldn't differentiate my frustrations from being aggressive) while I'm just explaining my sides and makes me so more frustrated. Yes I might not be their guest today however, we have been in Avenue Hotel multiple times to stay for some days when my family is here to see me from other country. We are always choosing this hotel as the staff were so accommodating everytime but not today! He could check out our history rather than talking back to me in such impolite way! To have such rudeness,impolite and disrespectful demeanor or attitude is a shame in the hospitality industry! (Hospitalitarian is someone who puts their best foot forward day in and day out to ensure their team and their guests are well taken care of. ) His attitude and behaviour towards people and guests did not meet our family expectations and not really acceptable. It can tarnish the image of your great hotel. I am uncertain on the actions you'll take for this issue however, one thing is for sure I cannot recommend this Hotel to my family again, NEVER AGAIN!...

To the management and hotel staff in front office, Im not gonna use to make a bad comment to all the hotels i used to stay but this is very important day for me when i booked in avenue hotel al rigga, i invited my bestfriend to come over and stay overnight it was just happened that it was not informed that she is the one who gonna stay with me though i checked in with my fiancee who was the one registered to book unfortunately when my bestfriend came over and ask the room no.thats the time the scenario happens that she is not allowed even just to visit and to stay for an hour to eat dinner and even i offer to pay extra and beg the front office manager to give a consideration but totally they stands their reasons about their system policy that i understand to consider but i was begging as a hotel guest who paid the room and experiencing their service but we end up checking out the same time at the same night that suppose to be celebrating my birthday it was unforgetable birthday gift but they ruined it anyway. Being working in a travel agency and 8 yrs in dubai handling corporate clients for hotels and planning to recommend actually but it is not recommendable at all and even not allowed visitors so dont you ever invite anyone if you want to stay. No wonder that there is a lot bad comments in this hotel that should pay attention whoever manage this hotel.Our mistake is we didnt read comments. It is just a waste of money.staff are not helpful but their option to help is to book another room so what is the point of my room?
