We booked direct and definitely got the best price when speaking to Richard. We chose a room on the first floor which suited our needs and agreed a time to arrive. |From the first conversation we felt that we had chosen well because of the friendly and helpful interaction we had with Richard. |Having checked in we went to our room which was a delight. A good size with an enormous four poster bed. The bay window was fitted with shutters with integral blinds allowing for total privacy to any amount of light to enter the room. |These open to a balcony with two seats on in case you wanted to sit outside. From here you can see the sea. ||The bathroom was lovely with a fantastic shower and the room had an area for making a drink. There were extras that were nice including some chocolates and a fridge with water and fresh milk. There was even a specialist coffee maker which was great. |We were given a key to the room and another to the front door so we could let ourselves in when we returned from our evening out at the theatre. ||In the morning the breakfast selection was generous and the cooked breakfast that we chose was of a high standard. ||Parking was on the street and Richard sold us a 24 hour parking voucher so once we parked we could forget the car. The walk into the town and the ‘Brighton Lanes’ was just a 5 minute stroll. ||We thoroughly recommend this place and will...
Read moreI stayed at the Brightonwave for 5 nights and I have to say that I was really impressed with my stay. Richard and Simon are the most genial hosts running a very well maintained property. Everything was perfect from start to finish; a spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities with the little extra box of chocolate nibbles. Every night I had a lovely sleep with the window open. Expect to hear seagulls and pigeons as this is the coast. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and when I came back each day my room had been spruced up and that made me happy. The breakfast choice is amazing and nothing is too much trouble for the hosts. The location is fantastic being close to the main pier and Kemptown, where you will find an array of eateries and drinkeries 🤭 a very high recommendation for the Brightonwave and its hosts Richard and Simon. Thank you for looking after this...

We had tea and coffee available in the room . everything has been thoughtfully provided including an Iron and ironing board and a hairdryer . Easy parking outside in zone c which you don't mind paying £10 daily for a voucher which they also provide. The location was also great by being only 2 mins walk to the beach . Impressed with choices available in the breakfast room, breakfast was wonderful with great presentation and you can see why they are award winning for 2022 -2023 for their breakfast .
