Brigstock House — Hotel in Great Britain

This is the second time we've had the pleasure of Melissa and Martin's hospitality.||We originally met them when they owned The Stratford before moving to Brigstock House. ||What a wonderful, delightful couple. Nothing is too much trouble, they make the holiday experience the best you can possibly have while you stay with them.||The accommodation is first class with modern, comfortable rooms. Tea, coffee and other treats like biscuits are replaced daily in each room where required plus there is a fridge in the reception area offering the same goodies including crisps and fresh cold milk.|Towels are replaced as required.||The breakfasts are the best we've ever had, before a cooked breakfast you can pick from a buffet, fruit, cereal and a yoghurt and there is a vast selection of jams.|The cooked breakfast includes either a traditional breakfast with bacon, sausage, poached or scrambled eggs, black pudding, baked beans, mushrooms and vine tomatoes|There is a vegetarian option, a fish option choosing from mackerel or haddock and finally you could have something as light as poached egg on toast.|All options come with white, brown or sourdough toast or two warm Welsh cakes.||They are now able to offer some parking on the front of the house, there is also ample road side parking.||Eating out, Brigstock House is located five minutes from The Albert which offer quality meals. Our five night stay at Brigstock House was truly exceptional, the attention to detail is outstanding Melissa & Martin are incredibly welcoming and attentive. We stayed in room five which was beautifully appointed, impeccably clean also had a lovely sitting area. The wine in the room was a lovely touch together with plenty of tea, coffee & cookies which are replaced daily, fresh milk kept in a fridge in the reception was an added bonus. The breakfast was exceptional with good food choices, vast selection of buffet items lovely selection of fruits cereals,yogurts etc followed by a cooked breakfast by far the best we have ever had, the presentation of the food was first class. In the reception are complimentary cold drinks and snacks for guests a lovely gesture, even had homemade cake left for guests one evening. Location is perfect,a short walk into LLandudno centre, there is parking at the property but also on the street, we never had any difficulty. The Brigstock is situated in a quiet residential area and is in easy walking distance of the station, town, pier and West Shore and we find it the ideal area to stay in and we have been holidaying in Llandudno for over fifty years |We have stayed at the Brigstock four times previously with two previous owners and Melissa and Martin have carried on the tradition of excellence set by Simon Hanson the previous owner. We stayed in room 2 on the first floor with a front facing aspect. The room was spacious and quiet with a separate area for relaxation. The room was kept clean and well provided with tea and coffee and biscuits and fresh milk was always available in a fridge on the ground floor. Melissa and Martin go the extra mile to look after their guests and provide a very friendly service and when we stay in Llandudno again, we will look no further than...
