Now it is even easier to get deliveries of Mermaids fantastic fish as there is a new online shop on the website. I put an order in this morning and my fresh fish was delivered with a smile early this afternoon! There was a choice of packages on the website and a facility for messaging if you want something not on there. A proper fish mongers with a great selection of fish. The Sea Bass was so fresh that it could have sat up and slapped you in the face. The Thai king prawn skewers recommended by the very polite bloke serving, didn’t make it to dinner we’ve had them for lunch instead. The bag of mussels smell so fresh I’ll simply anoint them in a pan with shallots, garlic, white wine, and butter. Don’t be put off that it’s on an industrial estate, always some good foodie finds tucked away like this. We’ll be back next time we’re up this...
