Beware! A £300 deposit is taken by bank transfer 7 days before your stay. Insist on making a card payment, as property check is inadequate and bank transfers can't be reversed. We were accused of breaking a shabby single bed. We read reviews so took photos to prove we left the property as we found it. The whole £300 was witheld. It was offered on condition that we did not write a negative review. I agreed to not write a negative review. There followed a bizarre sequence of correspondence in which the manager attempted to coerce me into writing exactly what he wanted. Booking.com instructed RST to pay back the deposit in full. Three weeks past the date the deposit was due to be returned, I have received nothing but insulting emails from the manager. If you want to know who you are dealing with, read the responses to concetns raised by guests in reviews If your deposit is wrongfully witheld, contact Trading Standards and Action Fraud. I have now been forced to take a claim out against in the small claims courtnto get my money returned. Tips: Bring a mattress protector and slippers as there is only a thin sheet between you and other people's stains and the carpet looks like a cast off from a night club. Much evidence of damage unrepaired, that you could be blamed for. Locks are missing from patio doors that open onto a shared area so the apartment is not secure.

We had a great stay at Rodney Street. The apartment was perfect for the 6 of us for the weekend. Very central and we could not have asked for a better location.

Charlotte from the beginning was so helpful with me making the initial enquiries of my booking right up until the day after us checking out where she rang to ensure everything and everyone was happy with the stay.

Very clean and spacious apartments, Charlotte even helped source and decorate the apartment for the Hen Do with myself not being local.

Had a minor issue were some bathroom bulbs were not working and a guy was sent out straight away to fix and replace.

We have just returned back from a 2 night Hen do stay with 16 of us in total and everyone was made up with the apartments and how close to everything they were!

Would deffo recommend if you are looking for apartments for a...

Stayed in November 2021. Good location with enough space for 14 of us. Poor customer service from Charlotte - refused to return my £300 deposit because of excess bins and the cleaning of confetti despite no cleaning equipment being provided (£40) and small damage done to a desk (£260) which apparently then meant the whole thing needed to be replaced. I asked for proof of purchase of the desk which I never received, after a couple of further messages explaining I was unhappy with the withholding of my deposit, I was told to issue legal proceedings. This poor and unprofessional service ruined what was a...
