So.. I appreciate that our experience will be different to others but you should 100% consider your safety before booking this hotel.
We stayed here for 2 nights, checked in on the first day with no issues and decent room very much in a good area in easy reach of Earls Court and Knightsbridge/Kensington.
The room was very warm and this couldn't be altered but we opened the windows which cooled the room down but of course, you'd have to have the windows open to the noise of the street.
1st night we went out and came back with no issue. Your room key, opens the outside door to get into the premise.
On the 2nd night we came back at 2030hrs and our room key did not open the outside door. Luckily, someone came and let us in but then, the room key didn't open our room!
It was 2030 and there was a sign on the reception window saying that they would be closed from 2100 (so, 30 minutes into the future!!)
There was also an emergency number attached so we called it.. and called it.. and called it..
Suffice to say, we did not get through to anyone after TWO HOURS, and then had to go stay IN ANOTHER HOTEL to just sleep (at an additional London cost of course)! With all our clothes and stuff stuck in the room (including phone chargers, car keys etc etc)
The reception window was open, and we could also access everyone staying in the hotel's details which were left on view to everyone (massive breach of DPA and GDPR)
Worst of all, of course, was the fact that, had there been a serious incident in this hotel overnight, it would have been a disaster (which of course i am reporting to LFB Protection and Local licensing Officer). This is the thing that annoyed me the most. Risking EVERYONE in the hotel without any resilience.
When we came back the next morning the reception staff, having not contacted us at all, were apologetic and refunded us the cost of the 2 nights but refused the reimbursement of the extra payment, after we had to pay for another hotel.
We will sue, as we're happy to describe this to a court and luckily, there's at least good...

Only 4 minutes walk to Earls court train station where you can take the Piccadilly line and connect to other parts of the city, as well as the District line that goes straight to Heathrow airport. • Amenities 24hr reception. I stayed in the double room, so my room was a decent size. My room was cleaned everyday, and the cleaning staff does a good job. Amazing toiletries in the room. I didn't see a Toothpaste and Toothbrush, but it wasn't an issue for me as I always travel with my own toiletries. The management should consider making some updates to the rooms. That would further elevate the hotel. For instance, newer carpeting will be nice. Full sized mirror in the rooms will be nice as well. I believe most people appreciates being able to see their full outfit before heading out. Also maybe make updates to the bathroom. A walk in shower, instead of a climb in tub, to accommodate disabilities. I twisted my ankle on the streets on my first night in London, and had a difficult time climbing in and out of the tub the next day. Also, the water shield only covers about half the tub, so one is limited to staying at the very edge during shower, or risk having water all over the floor. • Food No restaurant on site, but they partnered with a very nice breakfast place just 6 minutes walk, where you can get some discounts on dine-in. And they have good recommendations for dinner at well. There's also a 24hr tea/coffee at the reception. • Employees Staff members are amazing. Ana-Maria deserves a raise. She addresses all concerns with so much grace, and is more than willing to give recommendations on food and activity options, as well as directions. This exceptional service is what really earned this place a five star from me.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. Yes the rooms may be small, but that's the norm in Europe and U.K, and basically most places outside the U.S., but, you will at least have peace...
Read moreBed bugs, dirty walls, and privacy issues. The reviews do not accurately represent the state of this hotel. It deserves and zero stars. The hotel is awful and management is worse.
Upon arrival, the room had a broken curtain that couldn’t be closed and faced the street with little to no privacy. The staff tried to fix this by stapling the curtains shut but could not close them completely and would not provide an alternative room.
When I asked to cancel the reservation and go to another hotel, as I did not feel more comfortable, they refused. The bathroom door in the room was also dirty with brown streaks as if it had not been cleaned. The room was old looking and had a desk without a chair.
When the sheets on the bed were pulled back, there seemed to be evidence of bed bugs on the sheets that bed washed and reused. There were what looked liked bug shells and dark and bright red spots on the left and ride sides of the bed. The hotel does not have staff between 7pm and 11am, so there was no one to assist.
I had to sit on a nightstand for 10 hours overnight before being able to go another hotel.
Management has been made fully of this and they are still...
