It was undergoing extensive refurbishment when I was there so it was a bit noisy,||The location was excellent, about five minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube and a nice direct walk too. ||A large Sainsbury's at the top of the road too so ideal for any bits you need during your stay.||||My only negative comment on the property is that the maids are not terribly thorough my first night there I cleaned the floor myself as my feet were filthy from walking around barefoot. I also dusted the bedside table and cleaned the kitchen sides.||||I would stay there again, however anyone wanting to stay there I recommend getting yourself some cheap floor wipes and some disinfectant wipes and just having a wipe around before unpacking.||I would have assumed that some of the dirt is due to the property currently being renovated. However I was unfortunate enough to watch the maids clean my room one afternoon as they were late cleaning it. A real half hearted effort.||||I got an excellent deal for this property and so for the price and location I would definitely stay there again. However I would not pay more than the £60 a...

DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS UNSAFE I stayed here just over a week ago and had an awful experience. The room was clean but very basic however air con didnt work in sweltering heat. My main concern though - I experienced being's trapped in their lift between floors. The lift announced it was out of service, there was no way out. I had phone coverage rang reception where the man said he'd 'try', to help then hung up. I called him back and he was clueless as to what could be done, which was truly alarming thinking the lift could drop at any moment or I would run out of oxygen and he had no safety training. He offered no solution 20 minutes in and the fire brigade had to be called by me not him to rescue me. This is gross negligence on this companies part, and their attitude was one of nonchalance. I was stuck fir over an hour tge whole building was evacuated. They clearly have no regard for the welfare of their customers and are neglectful in the most disturbing way regarding safety regulations.
