Stayed here twice on the same trip—first for 7 nights (ground floor), then 2 nights (1st floor). Location is great, near everything we needed. The twin bed room was surprisingly spacious for the price. Clean, quiet, with TV, hairdryer, closet, and enough plugs. Breakfast was simple but good—bread, jam, ham, cheese, yogurt, and pastries. It saved us money and kept us full till lunch. The hotel gave a cozy, homey lobby vibe—There's a 24-hour front desk too-felt nice to come back to after a long day. We also stayed at Mowbray Court (more expensive), but honestly liked this one better. Mowbray’s room was so tiny we couldn’t even open our 28” suitcase.😓 Only downside was the Wi-Fi—pretty weak in the room. But everything else was better than expected. No bed bugs, no issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again for sure. If you’re considering booking, I personally recommend the twin bed room—it felt more spacious than the double bed room I had on my second booking.

Trebovir Hotel is very conveniently located, just a short walk from Earl’s Court station. We stayed in a family room with one double bed and two singles. The room was quite small, with limited space for luggage and belongings. There was no fridge and nowhere to sit except on the beds. On the positive side, our room was very quiet — no noise from the hallway or the street, which made for a good night’s sleep. Other rooms might be more exposed to noise, though. The air conditioning worked almost too well — the room became cold very quickly, especially as we kept the blackout curtains closed most of the time. The bathroom was decent, with a good shower cubicle. Overall, the room felt slightly above average in quality, but the lack of space means I’d rate it 3 out of 5. Breakfast was better than expected. Continental breakfasts are often underwhelming, but this one had a decent selection. However, the breakfast area was a bit small with limited seating. Total: 4/5

The hotel was great. The best part about it is its location, right next to a subway station. The room was tiny but comfortable. The bathroom was nice, too, but the shower was really tiny so in case you need more space, you might consider mentioning it when booking a room. The cleaning personnel did a great job with our room. The receptionists were friendly and helpful - the main guy did go the extra mile and helped us print a document. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the hotel once we checked out which gave a couple of hours extra of sightseeing. The hotel room does not really have much of a noise isolation, and the breakfast was really limited (but it cost 3 pounds after all so I guess it is ok).

After a month of travelling the UK, staying at various hotels and hostels , chains or independent. I could objectively say this hotel has the most unwelcoming reception and inconsiderate guest treatment. Value wise, please do consider HOLIDAY Inn Express , mercure , and Ibis. For a smooth stay. I strongly suggest those hotels as they gave the most value out of the money you pay. the rates are competitive between them , location wise and amenities , Also , their rooms are also huge compared to what you are gonna get at Trebovir. facility and great staff was honestly to be considered before you book This hotel. please do mind this hotel has a very strict policy. So please do ask permission for anything to avoid unexpected charges 😊 . Over all, this hotel felt like a dorm/ boarding school . If you like to bring friends to chill in your room, this hotel is definitely not suitable for you 😊. Please do mind they do not have a systemized breakfast management as they could charge or not charge depending on the reception. Anyways, their breakfast is like what you are gonna find at the hostel chains in Europe. you guys know what im talking about anyways 😊 Despite everything that happened on our first day we decided to let it go. Long story short. The booking is under my name for a single room , why single room? because on the 31st dec , the hotel was fully booked and upgrade wasn’t available. why i chose this hotel ? mainly because of the location. So, my husband came as a guest and we spent the night together at the couch on the lobby then came in to shower as soon as daylight.. I gave my breakfast ticket for my husband to eat as we had a misfortune the day before. As soon as daylight, we checked out and upgraded to a double room and was unexpectedly charged 3 pounds for the breakfast portion I gave my husband . Which My husband notified the bfast boy by giving him see the bfast ticket and was welcomed to eat. when we asked the reception why? he said because we did not ask his permission to eat. We were honestly offended but did paid the upgrade and extra charge immediately. Although debates had happened , he is the most flat , expressionless , unwelcoming and made us felt very uneasy with his replies on the debate that had occured. He said we weren’t respecting him for not asking him permission to eat breakfast. fast forward to the next day we checked in to the upgraded room, my husb asked the on duty reception on our current bfast status and he said we were both entitled to have it. next morning, we do not wanna offend the reception and we asked him , he said we need to pay again. I asked why as your colleague said we are entitled to . All he said was then we could eat if his colleague said so. I asked him we are just gonna follow what is stated in your computer. Entitled or No . That’s it. anyways the manager is nice and offered us 3 pounds refund , which we declined because all we need was an APOLOGY not a debate.😊 Thankyou to Raj , for talking to us and understanding our situation . To the very nice Indian cleaner who helped us during the elevator break down. Please reward this kind of nice people 😇

last but not least, its not about...

Inconvenient Uncomfortable Crammed Underwhelming And Dishonest

We are used to traveling Europe and staying in small spaces but this was uncommonly uncomfortable. Where to start... Thin pillows like cardboard Doll sized bed, feet hang off and way too narrow for 2 people, and the sheets too short for the bed, doesn't even go to the end? No side tables so you can't charge your phone have a drink, book, nearby etc No tables to put anything even in the bathroom. Everything is on the floor, everything. Hair dryer is in the hallway and outlets are on the floor. Only one tiny walk space on one side of the bed so you are always bumping into the other person. No place to put a suitcase let alone open it. Only one person can access the bed the other has to crawl in and out Hard bed like sleeping on a box Stuffy stuffy room even with AC on window doesn't open. Tiniest non effective fan in the bath so even more stuffy when showering. Cannot move at all in the shower, really at all. Can use the toilet while washing your hands. No supplies or accomodations Slanted floor TV is tiny and mounted way to high. Paper thin walls so you hear ever conversation and movement of other rooms Sad version of a paid "breakfast" a croissant and coffee is not a breakfast. I'm sure these more, but does there need to be??

Okay... No tables No desk No bed side tables No seating No safe No coffee maker or coffee No tea No shampoos, conditioner No toiletries No amenities No microwave No fridge

It really was a miserable stay. I payed for a week and tried to cancel the last half. Of course the unaccommodating room matched the unaccommodating hotel . We ended up leaving anyway.

Just...

Poor experience with hotel. I booked my hotel on Booking.com, unbeknownst to me Booking.com was partnered with a company called Xigua limited. I got my confirmation # and pin in a email, showed up to the hotel where they said my information was not in the system. I showed the guy at the front desk proof of payment, email confirming my reservation and still I was not in the system. I had to pay again for a hotel room, called Booking.com customer service where they were basically 0 help. I tried putting this review on Booking.com but since I got a booking # and confirmation pin that does not exist in Booking.com's system, I was unable to write my review there. Please be careful and make sure you are booking only with Booking.com and no other 3rd party companies. Xigua Limited stole $475 from me so I had to contact my bank to resolve matters. The hotel itself is not all that great either, single rooms are very small. When I got into my room my window had mud splattered on it (I was on the third floor so how mud got up there is beyond me) small bathroom, paper thin walls so you can hear everything around you from people knocking on doors, people talking, and moving around. Breakfast was also not good. Also person at the front desk would disappear sometimes so if you are trying to get back into your hotel room, good luck because you have to wait until front desk guy shows up again to unlock the door. Not very worth the money...
