KFC London - Earls Court Road — Restaurant in London

i have had the most terrible experience of my life in this KFC, never came across this KIND of customer service in the entire UK. The staff including the managers are so bloody rude that they do not only need training in customer service but also in english and their anger management. This KFC is very close to my workplace so i usually go there for a meal after my work 6-7 times a month and it has not happened a single time in last two years when they have not ruined my order, never seem to be giving what i ask for. The members of staff are extremely rude and they do not have even the basic of basic courtesy. This branch is always dirty as they never clear the tables, its mostly the customer themselves who clear the tables before they start eating their food. They make mistakes and they never apologise. Yesterday i went there and they did not give me what i ordered when i demanded it to be changed i was told by this european woman staff (who was not wearing a name badge just like two more european women). She started telling me off not to be rude when i told her that this is not what i ordered for. When i asked for a manager, a guy in black shirt named Abedyou r Adeboyu came and he himself did not apologise either in fact started investigating as if i was the culprit. i was insulted so badly by all the staff members and many other customers witnessed it. One eastern European slim woman with very short hair, she literally mocked me and was flouting at me despite she was sent in the back but she came back at front to carry on arguing and verbally abusing me who i am never going back to kfc again and especially not this branch. When i asked for a manager, they never called one and the other short bulky eastern european woman told me that the manager has other things to do so he cannot come and speak to the customers. I was polite and not being aggressive of what they took advantage of and all of the staff members teamed up against me and kept on insulting me, i do not if its even legal for a business like KFC to treat their customers in such a way. I did not want to eat afterwards as my food was cold and i had to literally prove it to them (they could have tested the food under micrscope if they had one available) that my food is cold they did not give me refund easily. The Worst ever experience of my life in a KFC i regret going there and getting humiliated and defamed in this way and was not even offered an apology from any or the staff members or managers. I strongly advise you never to go there. If you are muslim and want to go there just because it is halal better don't. many other halal food shops on earls court...

I am writing to formally complain about the service and quality of the order at the KFC restaurant I visited with my family on [date of visit]. Our visit turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience due to a series of inconveniences and the lack of professionalism from the staff.

Firstly, we had to wait excessively long for our order, despite the fact that other customers who ordered after us received their meals much earlier. We ordered food to eat on-site, yet it was served to us in a paper bag, which was inconsistent with our order.

Additionally, we were given a different drink instead of the Coca-Cola we had ordered. We were not informed about its unavailability in advance and were instead given another beverage without prior consultation. Moreover, we received a single 1-liter bottle of the drink, but were not provided with a sufficient number of cups—we were given only three cups for four people, and that too only after multiple requests.

Furthermore, our order lacked the sauces and ketchup that were supposed to be included in the meal. I had to wait over 10 minutes for them, despite repeatedly requesting them from the staff, who ignored my requests. Only another employee eventually responded and provided us with the missing condiments.

The biggest disappointment, however, was the food itself. The bucket we ordered, which was supposed to contain tenderloins, wings, and drumsticks, consisted only of breaded chicken pieces that tasted nothing like the standard dishes served at KFC. Other customers also raised similar complaints, confirming the poor quality of the prepared meals.

I have never submitted a complaint before, but the level of service and food quality at this restaurant were unacceptable. A visit to KFC should be an enjoyable experience, yet instead, I encountered incompetence, long waiting times, and subpar food quality.

I kindly request that you address my complaint and take appropriate actions to prevent similar incidents in the future. I also expect information regarding possible compensation for this...

I visited here a couple of times during my stay in London. ( last summer ,September '22 )It was very close to the tube station & my hotel ( Point A ) ,so it was very convenient. They stayed open late ,too ! I had a vegan burger 🍔 & it was DELICIOUS !!! 😋 They used the same spices/ flavours of their famous signature spices on the vegan patties as well !! It brought me back the nostalgic memories of my childhood in Tokyo ,I literally grew up on CFK's fried chicken & apple pies ( the best fast food restaurant's apple pie ever !! In Japan it was baked not fried like here in U.S.,it was so delicious ,I used to eat 2,or 3 of it a day often !! Lol. )KFC is huge in Japan !! Their cole slaw is better over there ,too !! More juicy ( water ), not creamy ,milky,thicker consistency like here in the U.S.,it was closer to the U.S. version in the U.K.,too. Their sour dressing for the side order salad was very good & apparently popular there amongth the customers !! I think it's mixed of yogurt / sour cream ?? It tasted like that ,it came with greens & corns ! Btw.,NO GMO on VEGETABLES in U.K. !! I was very happy about that !! I REALLY WISH IF WE GET THAT VEGAN BURGERS HERE IN L.A.,too !!! Man !! People in U.K.are spoiled with their vegan burgers!! Not fair !! Lol. It was very busy late at night !! I did 3 take aways total ! 2 times to eat 'em at my hotel ( very very cozy lobby at Point A ) & 1 time to eat on my train !! It made my train ride more enjoyable 😉 😀 The people worked there were working hard & friendly also ! I highly recommend this place & their vegan fried chicken burger !! For vegans & non vegans !!
