Well I love target I want to start by saying that and usually I never have an issue; however I placed an online order on Nov. 23rd, I ordered 2 video games and a JBL flip 4 waterproof speaker in red. I was informed the video games would be ready that day and the speaker wouldn't be available until Nov 30th., which I was okay with the speaker not being available until then. I receive 2 emails on Nov 28th @ 0500 in the morning stating my JBL speaker was cancelled because it couldn't be fulfilled on targets end. This was upsetting because not only did my order get cancelled, but I lost the 59.99 price I paid for it at as well as my total order qualified for 20% off coupon which I also lost. I would have preferred it if I could have been given the option to pick another color if it was that they didn't have the color, pick it up at another target location, or it be sent to my home. I turned around the next day on Nov. 29th and the speaker was available I picked a different color and then had to pay more than what I originally paid for the first time. This to me is inappropriate I should have been given a rain check to be able to purchase the item at the price I initially purchased it for or at the very least been able to keep my 20% coupon. I was not compensated at all for my inconvenience especially because I was planning on taking the speaker with me on vacation which I was not able to do. For the future I hope you all think about putting something in place to give people options about their purchases before just cancelling...
Read moreI’ll admit. I use this Target less sparsely. The Super Target at Milton is my go-to, and I love it. I use this Alpharetta one, only as an overflow when something at Milton is out of stock, but is available here…
But every time when I try to come to this one here, I only get disappointment. Like today, placed a drive thru pickup order, and once it was ready for pickup, I informed thru the app that I’m on my way. And when I went there and checked in, I waited for 20+ minutes. So did other cars. Tired of waiting, I went inside and the customer service was flooded with people waiting… I told them about my wait, and no remorse, no apology, they just OK. Okay??
The disappointment never stops with this store - a smaller store, a tiny fresh produce section, the store assortment in a disarray, erratic curbside experience, so many… it’s a shame to have this store operate as-is in a place like Alpharetta. So many other retail stores closed in this vicinity - Toys R Us, Bed bath and beyond, elect which leaves a lot of empty commercial space available if they had to expand and make this store into a full functional Super Target. Read moreBought a gift card for an gift and the strip that covers the bar code on the baxk was tore so bad I did not want to give it as a gift. I went to customer service and once Fiona came to assist was was no assisting was very rude and gad the most horrible attitude. Yes I was frustrated and I did not cruse or bring attention to myself. She called Chip who after I showed him the gift card and informed him I could not gift it with the torn shape it was in was no better. Ver rude and showed no sympathy for my frustration did not handle the situation well at all. I have never been treated at any Target like the way I was today. To the point I went to return my things at another Target. I will always be a Target girl so two bad apples want ruin it for me. There plenty Target to go to in Georgia and Alpharetta Target I will make sure I will never step foot in again. I should of went to the one by me nicer cleaner and the stock of clothing is way better.
