In-store verses online, well I would rather shop online for several reasons. First, Online has a broader selection. I like Robert Graham which DXL carries Online, but not in store. This designers clothes are made in several different countries so there are size differences for example I have a 2XL shirt that fits great and some 4XL that are slightly too small. Shopping In-store for Robert Graham items would be helpful. When I was at the store, there were no True Nation tapered leg jeans. I like to try those on simply as I will go a waist size bigger on some because they can shrink and then they are tight on my calfs which is too tapered for me. If I have to choose the lesser of two evils, I will continue to shop Online. Otherwise, I have been very happy with DXL especially with being rewarded for loyalty purchases and other discount...

From the start to finish, he was so amicable, so polite, and so efficient through and through. A real gem. I will definitely continue to shop DXL Big & Tall again and again for the most wonderful clothing selections and their excellent customer service that they provide. Thank...

I asked what she had been doing since 12:45 if she was just going to lunch at almost 1:15? She stuttered and told me she would go ahead and take care of me. Then when she finished she locked the store again and placed on the sticky note she would be...
